Hôtel très bien, personnel très sympathique, localisation parfaite, prix raisonnable
Pros:

La localisation, la gentillesse et la réactivité du gérant

Cons:

La clim s’arrêtait et se remettait en route, du coup un coup on a trop chaud et un coup trop froid mais déjà il y avait la clim alors c’est quand même très bien!
Et la jonction entre les 2 lits collés faisait qu’on roulait vers le milieu dommage

The fridge didn’t really work. The owner changed for a new one after the weekend was over. But it was already too late, we had to go.
No elevator

Hotel in ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente, pulito.

Cons:

Purtroppo non c’era ascensore e per me è stata un po’ dura salire e scendere al 4 piano con un ginocchio da poco operato. Le stanze molto piccole.

Perfect spot in Cannes
Pros:

Super place, lovely room, fantastic location, excellent for solo travellers. Gorgeous fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, close to the seafront. Very nice people running it. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

Apart from the cute breakfast area, there is nowhere to sit but the rooms are comfy and you're in Cannes so loads of options outside. No lift and the staircase is winding, perfectly fine but maybe not for those with mobility issues.

Wonderful little Hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

The staff and the location were outstanding. We also really liked the room and appreciated the comfort and it the amenities, such as beach towels, and a refrigerator. We had asked for towels for the beach, and they also offered us an umbrella which we thought was quite unusual and very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, their shower situation, at least in room 202, is very uncomfortable. There is no complete shower door, curb to keep the water out of the rest of the bathroom, or shower curtain. This could pretty easily be remedied by adding one or two of the three things just mentioned. I don’t know if it’s like this in the other rooms, but it made our time less comfortable and we all did not take an additional shower which we would’ve liked to, but didn’t want to deal with the flooding.
