Pros:

Posizione super centrale. La camera, pur non essendo molto grande, è molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i principali servizi. La struttura non dispone di ascensore, ma se non se ne ha reale necessità, le poche rampe di scale sono facilmente percorribili anche con le valigie.

Il n'est pas stipulé qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers a monter des l'entrée de l'hôtel jusqu'à la réception, et ensuite nous étions situé au 4 ème étages

Comfortable stay in central location
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped us up the stairs with our bags. The room was understandably small given it's central location, but comfy, quiet and well equipped. The beach and secure car park was a 5 minute walk away, and you are in the centre of Cannes as soon as you step out of the door.

Cons:

Dropping off bags and passengers can be a bit tricky as the hotel is on a narrow one way street. There is a pull-in for the hotel, so I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure that is clear, otherwise you are blocking the road whilst unloading!
