J'avais réservé par Booking et payé d'avance à l hôtel des tourrades a côté qui est resté désespérément fermé, j'ai poireauter plus d'une heure,concierge absent,responsable loin du lieu a annulé ma résa mais j'attends toujours mon remboursement
