Pros:

L emplacement de l hôtel est parfait pour visiter Nice.

Cons:

La mention parking privé ne permet de garer que 6 voitures. Nous nous sommes garés dans un parking public à plus de 30 euros par nuit.
La propreté de la salle de bain était limite ( traces sur la porte, cheveux)

Très beau séjour et hotel très bien placé

Super déjeuner beaucoup de choix très bien

Cons:

Une douche à la place de la baignoire mais c bien quand même et parfum des produits extra à la figue on essaie d en trouver pour la maison

Lovely spring holiday in Nice
Pros:

The hotel is located on a tree-lined residential street parallel to the Promenade des Anglais, a 5-min walk from Avenue Jean-Medicin and a 10-min walk from the train station. The garden-facing room was large and offered a beautiful view of the hotel garden. There are several beach restaurants close by, we had lunch at the Beau Rivage. The hotel staff is friendly and provided us with all the information we needed.

Cons:

The hotel was older than the pictures depicted & is need of renovation. The beds particularly are too soft and the pillows are hard, the mattresses need to be replaced. The breakfast is not worth the money they charge (Eur 17), there is a fantastic boulangerie at 5 min walking distance (Maison Armand) that serves a complete breakfast for Eur 9. There are also several beach-facing restaurants that serve breakfast from a croissant with coffee to full English breakfast.

Le seul bémol est l'insonorisation avec l'étage au-dessus.
