Good, the rotunde room made my stay - I chose this room when booking.
Pros:

Beautiful Room, lovely boutique hotel, nice staff, dressing gowns and slippers were nice to have use of. Coffee machine was great!

Cons:

Bed not overly comfortable. Not enough milk sachets. A little noisy. Building works in progress at the time of my stay. Breakfast not included in the price.

Unexpected trip to Nice
Pros:

Helpful staff on our arrival.
Location - good for old town, shops and beach.
Renovation work not too disruptive but possibly explains price. Started before 9am but as we were up early anyway not an issue for us.
Good breakfast. Plenty to choose from

Cons:

AC cooling in room not working. When mentioned this - nothing offered in terms of discount or alternative.
Would not want to stay here without AC when temperatures get higher than mid 20s. We managed by opening window and using the fan in AC unit.
No gluten free bread / other provided despite this being mentioned on booking.

L emplacement est idéal. Le petit déjeuner sympa surtout les gâteaux faits maison. Le personnel agréable et toujours aux petits soins. Merci pour leur sens du service.

The location was perfect, close to the promenade with many restaurants near by.

Cons:

The only lift in the hotel only accommodated 2 people. We were on the 5th floor so we often had to walk down & on the last day the delivery person filled the lift with his deliveries. There was no hot water on the last evening and on the morning of our departure the water was still freezing so we were unable to shower
