第一晚剛好因為戶外在施工，隔天跟櫃檯反應之後幫我們換到了頂樓的房間。可以看到隔壁的教堂，房間外還有環繞著房間的陽台，整個景色真的太美了

Perfekte Lage, 10 Min. zum Bahnhof, 10 Min. Zi den Restaurantstrassen und zum Meer. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Frühstück tiptop, alles da!

Die Lage ist super! Alles gut erreichbar und trotzdem nicht voll im "Gewühl".

Cons:

Die Fensterläden sind zugeschraubt, dadurch nicht nutzbar und so konnte der "Strassenlärm" bei offenem Fenster nicht reduziert werden.
Der Lift ist extrem klein und langsam.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegenen und prima ausgestattet!
Pros:

Wenige Minuten zum Strand, sehr gute Restaurants im direkten Umfeld, Zimmer sind ansprechend und geräumig. Ab Juni 2026 wird der Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss fertig gestellt und dann gibt es auch eine dazugehörige Terrasse.

Cons:

Ich habe keine Kritik.

Ongoing buliding works
Pros:

A pleasant hotel very well situated for the amenities and sights of NIce.
However it would have been courteous ( as we booked well in advance) to advise guests in advance of the restricted services and facilities available due to ongoing building works. No lounge or bar area or terrace was availabe for seating - this did impact on our party of 8.

It is located in a very nice street close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food.
The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
