Hotel des Cayrons

This is probably the best 3* hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent and there's ample private parking. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms have aircon. The breakfast is a handsome spread of local and regional delights. The Pool is crystal clear and safeguarded in case you have young children with a surrounding netting fence.
However, I left the best till last, The owners Tom & Ruth are such lovely people and they couldn't have tried any harder to help us have a lovely time. What a really lovely place; little attentions to detail everywhere and the friendly ambiance make this place a true gem in such a beautiful part of France.

Séjour de deux nuits en famille pour faire une halte pendant les vacances. Top de l'accueil à la chambre. Tom est un hôte hyper agréable et prévenant. Petit dej si vous voulez (nous ne l'avons pas pris car départs tôt le matin pour randonnées. Piscine simple et efficace. Le tout à Vence à quelques encablures de la vielle ville (navette gratuite passe devant).

Je devais rester une nuit et vu l’accueil, le service, la chambre, la literie, le petit déjeuner …. Je suis resté une nuit supplémentaire ! A très bientôt

Down to earth accomodation with exceptional friendly attitude of the hotel owners. Decent breakfast. The room: Neat and tidy. A special request was flawlessly fullfilled: On depture day I decided to leave at 04:30 in the night, Tom, the hotel owner provided me with a generous travel catering, whose amount was far beyond my expectations, e.g. 4 double espressos for a 1000 km return-travel. Thank you Tom. In terms of alertness of nocturnal road users you made a remarkable contribution to road safety in Nice and its surroundings. For me personally a small family run hotel is always preferable to facelessness / impersonality of huge hotel facilities, commonly lacking in compassion and engagement.

If you need a stay on the French Rivièra, near the Côte d'Azur and you want avoid the crowds and high prices, book this Hotel in VENCE!

The owners Tom and his wife (original from the UK) are very friendly and helpfull. The room was complete and clean. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast outside on the terras near the Pool. Fresh bread, yoghurt, cereals, Coffee, etc.

We enjoyed the Pool for the rest of the day.
In the evening you can visit the old town VENCE, only 5 minutes by car. Lovely restaurants to enjoy lunch, diners or just some drinks. Also People who like Art and Historical highlites will enjoy.

We recommand this Hotel if you want to visit this area! Also a good place if you want to travel from France to Italy. The Hotel provides also charging for Electric Cars.

This time no hire car, so a chance to make use of excellent public transport. Sun beaming, so a dip in their pool. Room quiet, dark and really comfy bed. Tea and coffee-making facilities in room, and difficult to beat their pot of tea at breakfast.

The hotel was comfortable, the hosts were welcoming and full of information. The location was ideal and it was nice to have a pool for a morning swim before exploring the area. The surrounding area has so much to offer I highly suggest it. We also rented a car and the hotel provided easy parking.

Everything is good. Staff are so kind. However a bunch of ants live the room. That was only problem when I stay there..

Strange that there is nobody answering between noon and 4 pm and at night. Isuggest that the hotel chain has a telephone number where you can call when the reception is closed. There should be more easily accessible information about bus connections in the vicinity

The host and hostess (Tom & Ruth) bend over backwards to help. They also know a lot about the area..lovely people

10 nights. Warm & friendly welcome from knowledgable and accommodating owners Tom and Ruth. Easy drive from airport. Bus stop right outside hotel, with simple connections to rail & air. Sound insulation from road excellent. Surrounding area accessible & lovely. Very pretty walk though woods to St Paul de Vence. Flower photo from short walk to boulangerie. Weather too poor for pool and sun loungers.

Fantastic time had by all of us, nothing was too much trouble. Ruth, Tom and family are very friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay very clean and the pool area was great to spend time relaxing. Thank you 😊

week end en famille, très bien accueilli . Tom est très agréable, la chambre est très propre. le seul bé mol c'est la route trop prêt mais en cette saison il y a moins de circulation. petit déjeuner super
