Happy with the area and the stay
Pros:

I liked the location a lot in the heart of Carcassone. Everything was easy to get too. Aldi across the road, Lidl minutes away with a Burger King and more. Airport ten minute walk. Hotel a bit basic and they could do it up a bit better to really appeal. Otherwise good.

Cons:

Very basic features being right near the airport.
Key lock took forever to open.

The room was clean, if sparse.

Cons:

Office was closed upon at my specified window of arrival. This was unsettling. But response to the bell was not long.
