Très déçu, prestations pas à la hauteur du prix payé.

Le hall d'entrée, la propreté

Cons:

Accueil médiocre, Pas de proposition d'aide pour monter les 2 valises et un sac alors que je devais soutenir mon époux dans ses déplacements, un prix très excessif qui ne correspond pas au niveau de prestations (pas de petit-dej, minibar en panne, des boissons chaudes en pleine canicule, pas de dosette café suffisante dans la chambre et un matelas moyen). Vous achetez une chambre double de luxe affichée sur le site mais qui trompe le client, car déjà prise ; pour un prix 4* vous avez tout juste un 3*. obligé de prendre un parking public 25€/nuit et aucune information sur les travaux en ville, une galère pour circuler. On ne reviendra pas.

Nice stay in Aix-En-Provence that was excellent!

Great location, lovely old buildings close to everything we needed.

No proper shower and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have expected.

Lo mejor, la ubicación
Pros:

El hotel es bonito y el personal muy amable. Pero lo mejor de todo es la ubicación.

Cons:

La regadera es complicada y moja todo el baño con cualquier descuido... para personas altas es más complicado todavía. Si es difícil modificar el estilo de regadera, deberían poner una cortina o algo que ayude a no mojar todo.
La cama es un poquito incómoda.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge nära huvudgatan. Mycket trevlig personal och god frukost. Skön säng.

Cons:

Dusch i badkar är ingen favorit. Lite ont om förvaring.

Excepcional localização e ótimo custo/benefício.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excepcional. Próximo à Cours Mirabeau onde há ótimos restaurantes e a uma zona comercial onde há lojas que atendem bem às necessidades dos visitantes de Aix-en-Provence.

Cons:

Não tenho sugestões nesse sentido.

Wonderful hotel for a comfortable stay in Avignon, in what can be described as a perfect location.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Location-wise it was absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly. It has an elevator which was great and we can highly recommend this place.

Cons:

The door on the bathroom was a problem because there wasn’t enough room to open the door and get past the vanity to reach the toilet which was directly behind. It would function so much better if they installed a sliding door there.

Meraviglioso soggiorno ad Aix-en Provence
Pros:

Camera confortevole e pulita, in un bellissimo edificio in posizione centrale.
La colazione era discreta, self service, in una bella sala.

Cons:

Diciamo che l'unica pecca era che la nostra camera si trovava all'ultimo piano con ascensore, ma arrivati al piano si doveva salire ancora delle scale scomode per arrivare alla camera (tipo abbaino) perché non raggiungibili con ascensore.
