Disappointing stay after looking forward to revisiting from 2024

Very disappointing room.3 towels for 2 people and no anti mosquito plug ins for room.No iron etc.2 years ago we stayed and it was great.Pity as we looked foreward.Also sink was not working and we ran out of toilet roll as not enough provided

Très beau bâtiment bien situé dans la ville. La chambre est spacieuse, climatisée et bien propre. J'ai été très bien accueilli. J'ai passé un bon séjour, j'y reviendrai à l'occasion.

Loved being in the hub of things.

The hotel is beautiful and I love the history connected with the hotel. The staff at reception were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty.

We struggled to open and close our door to our room.

Sauberkeit nicht gut, es hat stark nach Rauch gestunken aus den Lüftungen, Klimaanlage hat getropft, nur eine halbe Rolle WC Papier am Zimmer gehabt, etc.
