Wonderful walkable location, nice staff, beautiful building
Pros:

Great location, and an easy 15 minute walk from where the TGV bus drops you off in Aix. Charming old building.

Cons:

I wouldn't want to try to drive anywhere near the hotel. Lots of blocked off pedestrian streets.

Location is very good, in old town with many restaurant and city supermarket.

Cons:

Never self drive to the hotel, as no access for cars. We turned around 3 times, drive directly to parking lot.
