Cons:

Проблема с парковкой; завтрак не стоит 15 еур за человека; балкон был маленький, хоть и бронировал номер очень заранее; на балконе не было пепельницы, хотя на рецепции сказали - можно курить на балконе (что мне, в карман складывать окурки, по-этому не курил); окна не защищают от шума с улицы.

Some good points,
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short way from as ll we wanted to see. Nice roof top to see over Aix. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was OK but not replenished,

Cons:

Check in. I totally dislike being put in the smallest room ever given all third was taken up by the lift ! I felt cheated by them. Yes they found us another but we had to pay more. This felt to me like a set up. We stayed for two nights and they didn't clean the room.

Very good staff very helpful and friendly.

Only thing missing was availability of any English TV stations like CNN or BBC or mirror capability with your phone which was locked

Overall, nice hotel in a good location but improvements needed to justify the price.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean hotel & mostly lovely staff, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

We had a tiny bedroom, really too small to be a proper double.
Despite our best efforts, the bathroom floor flooded every time we had a shower. The Hotel’s answer was to give us extra floor towels but not an ideal situation.
Breakfast was underwhelming, not enough variety or choice.

Very good. Staff was very helpful. Recommendations for restaurants was great.
Pros:

I liked the overall neatness of the hotel. It was very clean and simple. The decor was coordinated. It felt comfortable there.

Cons:

The location was on a slight incline, so walking up with luggage was a little difficult.

I would go back
Pros:

My room was ample and very comfortable Very good location.

The lobby seemed very modest. Could use sprucing up. The rest of the hotel has had it.

Wonderful! Would return if no road construction.
Pros:

Very centrally located. All the wonderful eating places.

Cons:

Something you can’t control; all the road construction so we had to drag our luggage up or down the hill for pickup.

Einzeibetten waren nur 80 cm breit x 190 cm lang, Dusche ohne Duschkabine (wir erhielten das rollstuhlgänhige Zimmer - wieso auch immer - und konnten es nicht wechseln, da nichts anderes frei wurde - gebucht hatten wir 10 Monate vorher
