Pros:

Hôtel près du centre ville.
Personnel d'accueil très sympathique.
La chambre est de bonne taille et les lits très confortables.
Très calme la nuit.

Cons:

Rue en travaux, il a fallu parquer à 10min à pied avec des valises...mais nous avons tout de même reçu un message pour nous avertir.

Estadia razoável para situações de emergência, mas não vale o que cobra.
Pros:

Um dos quartos estava OK; o outro tinha um odor fétido importante, o que originou reclamação. Não foi possível trocar de quarto e o hotel ofereceu, em compensação, o café da manhã para duas pessoas.

Cons:

O quarto não tem cofre nem refrigerador. É extremamente difícil chegar até essa acomodação devido à dificuldade de acesso própria da cidade de Aix-en-Provence.

Depois de finda a obra, o hotel será classificado como “bom”. Atualmente, não recomendo, pois o acesso é bem difícil
Pros:

A localização é boa e o quarto é confortável, apesar de bem pequeno

Cons:

A rua está sendo reconstruída. Não há como chegar de carro à frente do hotel, sequer para deixar as malas rapidamente. Precisa caminhar uns 50 metros num espaço de meia calçada, cheia de buracos e materiais de obras.

Do not stay here until the roadworks are complete.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There is some serious roadwork going on in the street immediately out the front of the hotel. Their parking garage was not accessible. The street is chaos due to the works. Difficult to drag suitcase into the hotel due to state of the footpath. We were placed in the front room on the 1st floor (really! was there no other available?) so were woken up at 700am when the diggers started.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city centre, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. Despite being so central, the area is quiet and peaceful throughout the day.
The rooms are well decorated and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the reception is open 24/7.
Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of options, including some vegetarian and vegan choices. This is particularly appreciated by anyone with specific dietary requirements, such as lactose intolerance.

Cons:

It would be great to have a wider range of lactose-free and gluten-free options, making the breakfast even more inclusive for guests with specific dietary requirements.

Chegamos fomos avisadas para subir que o quarto já estava pronto. Mas ainda faltava o banheiro para ser limpo. Na descrição do hotel fala que tem estacionamento mas a rua está em obras e se tem que deixar o carro num estacionamento pago. A localização é o ponto forte do hotel.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre côté rue alors que cette même rue est en travaux avec des bruits de marteau-piqueur de 7h du matin à 15h. pour nous, il est inacceptable de louer et des chambres avec un bruit pareil dès 7h du matin.De plus impossible d’accéder à l’hôtel en voiture nous avons dû porter nos valises du parking public à l’hôtel.

Pros:

This was our second stay. The first stay was perfect. That’s why we came back. Location is great, it is quiet, breakfast is good.

Cons:

We had some issues this time. We were in room 321. Black mold in shower and on shower head. Mentioned it to front desk, and somebody wiped it down, not the way to remove black mold. Loose toilet seat. Mentioned it to front desk, but nothing was done. Last night there, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. This was caused by the cook burning bacon.
