Adequate but overpriced
Pros:

Staff was kind. Good location near old town

Hotel failed to provide any of the basics of a hotel in itsprice range: tea kettle, tissue, or refrigerator

- Posizione buona, vicina al centro città e a un capiente Park a pagamento
- personale alla reception cortese, disponibile a dare indicazioni e "dritte"

Cons:

- L'ho scelto per il park gratuito e non è assolutamente vero.
C'è un parcheggio ma è su prenotazione; abbiamo chiesto di usufruirne a pagamento, ma non ci è stata data la possibilità nonostante ci fossero pochi presenti in hotel.
Posti liberi in strada non disponibili per motivi municipalità (rimozione forzata)
SAREBBE PIÙ CORRETTO SAPERLO AL MOMENTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE (non rimborsabile) in modo da scegliere con consapevolezza di aggiungere al budget 100€ di park per 3 giorni
- Pulizia buona, ma poco accurata
- colazione con buffet che non viene rinnovato quando qualcosa finisce (acqua, yogurt, prosciutto ieri terminati alle 9.00 da una famiglia numerosa non sono stati ripristinati nonostante mancasse 1 ora a fine servizio e ci fosse gente che doveva ancora fare colazione

Pros:

Excellent accueil du personnel de l'hôtel.
A l'écoute, très serviable, bien formées bref très pros.
Très bon emplacement à Aix et excellent petit déjeuner

Buon hotel per una visita a Aix-en-Provence. Prezzo pernottamento piuttosto elevato.
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione centrale. Camera confortevole e pulita, personale cortese e disponibile, buona prima colazione.
Consigliabile per una visita a Aix-en-Provence.

Cons:

Prezzo piuttosto elevato. Parcheggio possibile solo per vetture non più lunghe di 4,20 metri. Per le altre auto (la maggioranza) c'è un parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo a circa 400 metri di distanza. Andarci con i bagagli non è comodo.

Estadia básica.
Pros:

Que as instalaçoes do Hotel eram todas novas.

Cons:

Quarto mínimo, apertadissimo! Ar condicionado nao funcionava direito. Falta de ajuda dos funcionarios para achar o endereço certo do Hotel, pois como a rua do Hotel estava em obras e parcialmente interditada estava complicado de achar.

Great hotel, in a great location
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, and good breakfast available at a reasonable price. The rooftop terrace was a great place to soak up the sun with a drink.

Cons:

Two of our three rooms were very small, but we'd read that in other reviews so it was expected. The third room (a twin) was a good size.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est le seul point positif

Cons:

La taille de la chambre, la douche glissante. Le positionnement. Des travaux sur toute la route menant à l’hôtel. Il est indiqué parking en réalité il n’y a que 3 places et pour petites voitures.

Prisvärt boende med bra läge.
Pros:

Läget var bra i Gamla stan i Aix. Promenadavstånd till allt. Bra frukost, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var modernt med bra ac. Fin takterrass.

Cons:

Förstod först dag två att man ska hänga ut skylt att man vill ha städat. Borde alltid ingå, men vi fick rena handdukar när vi bad om det.
