A real gem - a wonderful calm, quiet, beautiful hotel in a fabulous central location. Recommended.
Pros:

This hotel is a gem. It's very central location but amazingly quiet and calm - easy to walk everywhere. i was so impressed by my room - really beautifully appointed with great details - and very comfortable bed. I paid the extra for a sensational breakfast - very fresh - delicious food and well worth it. Lovely staff. Thank you.

Wonderful Old Building in A Central Location
Pros:

It was a lovely stay. The hotel is in an old building in the old town. The room is clean and quiet. Staff very friendly, breakfast quite good, too. We stayed two nights, went to another town in between. The staff kept our luggage for free so that we could travel light with a backpack. The soap in the bathroom was made locally with olive scent - loved it. Water also available from the fridge in the breakfast area.

A quiet cool hotel in the center of Arles
Pros:

The hotel is located in the historical center of Arles, 2 minutes walk from the Arena and only 12 minutes walk from the train station. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. The wifi worked perfectly well. There was a tea kettle and a fridge in the room. No noise from the outside or from the neighbors. Receptionists truly welcoming without being intruding. Amazing historical building (no elevator, but that's not a problem for me). Great hotel!

Lovely Inn in the Heart of Quaint town of Arles
Pros:

Quaint French Inn. Easy location for exploring the town on foot. Nice breakfast for purchase. Lovely spot for wine in the afternoon. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Lovely decor. Very nice accommodating staff.

Cons:

Stairway was steep and a bit hard to get luggage up.

Quaint hotel in a very good location
Pros:

Location was excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel was very quirky and quaint.

Cons:

The breakfast was very nice but far too expensive compared to other hotels I had stayed in during my ten days in Provence. 15 euros is too much.
The staircases were very difficult for anyone carrying a heavy suitcase with lots of twists and turns.

Charming and central hotel
Pros:

Charming hotel, comfortable and air-conditioned (bonus in a European heatwave), very central to attractions, restaurants, short walk from train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place, I'd stay here again
Pros:

It's a beautiful place, I'd stay here again. Staff were excellent. Loved the little town. A beautiful room, very characterful and lots of space to put our stuff.

Cons:

It was all perfect. Could have been a better view from our window. we chose to have a smaller breakfast out rather than the hotel breakfast.

Jedyny w swoim rodzaju! Stare mury, kamień, drewno i styl nie do podrobienia. Każdy pokój inny, z cudownym klimatem. To nic, że mały metraż i bez windy. Wszystko inne wynagradza.Śniadania świetne. Przemiła, uczynna obsługa. Obiekt w idealnej lokalizacji.

Na wjeździe w strefę zabytkową blokady w jezdni. Konieczny kontakt telefoniczny z hotelem w celu opuszczenia słupków w jezdni.
