Le Régence was a cozy and charming hotel with a friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice location near the Rhône and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small, but quite cozy and stylish.

Great value basic comfort hotel - well worth a stay
Pros:

Close to where I needed to be, great wifi, bed comfy and access anytime with keycard

Cons:

All good. Very friendly and simple breakfast but met my needs
Just be aware no other dining options but so close to cafes and restaurants not a big issue

Would stay again welcoming and good value near to everything
Pros:

It was convenient, good location with lock up garage, breakfast good and hotel owners were happy, very welcoming, cleaning staff excellent. We spent 5 nights here, very close to restaurants, museums, galleries as well as train station.

Great hotel by the pier
Pros:

It's an excellent hotel with large room, everything is clean, and the staff are very friendly. There are even tea making facilities in the room, which I did not expect.

Cons:

The hotel couldn't provide me with a company invoice after the stay (I contacted them a few days later and they said they had already issued it and couldn't change it). That was a shame because it spoilt my impression of this very good hotel.

Perfect
Pros:

Great stay! Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. We booked a room with river view- beautiful view from both bathroom and bedroom. Good breakfast. 7 minutes to train. Everything was great- if ever in Arles again, will stay here.

A small hotel on the bank of the Rhone.
Pros:

I had a room with a view over the river Rhone and the cruice ships docking for the night. Close to railway station and on the outskirts of th old town.

A diamond in the rough
Pros:

The view from our room was incredible especially with the setting sun. Close to all amenities- restaurants, store, museum and Roman ruins. The staff were great for they helped us bring our luggage up and then down from the third floor for they do have an elevator. They also let us store it the next day for our river cruise was not boarding till after check out.

Great views! Comfortable bed. Close to everything in town!

Hotel managers were helpful in getting our lost luggage.! Very friendly and made great recommendations for eating out.
