Pros:

La taille de la chambre est très grande, le parking parfait, c'est dommage mais avec un peu d'effort il aurait les moyens d'être bien mieux.

Cons:

La piscine est vraiment Petite, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur si vous avez du baguage..., l'accueil est très froid et un brun hautain, le restaurant bon mais assez cher, le petit dej correct mais pas plus..,

Pros:

The room was really nice. Modern bathroom, comfortable beds, it was clean, and the biggest TV screen I have seen in a hotel room. Impressive!

Cons:

The worst experience was the food and the waiter. The Risotto reminder me of Oatmeal in the texture and flavour. My children got meat, which was so tough I even I had a difficult time cutting it. We informed the waiter about the issue. He asked us if we wanted to order something else instead, and told us that the guests next to is didn’t complain. So the problem was us, not the food. Worst service ever. So unprofessional. He was also rude, speaking Frnech behind our back knowing we didn’t understand what he said. There is a great pizzeria nearby. We had breakfast in the hotel the next morning. It was fantastic. 🙂

J’ai été extrêmement déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Pour un établissement annoncé comme 3 étoiles, la prestation est très loin du niveau attendu. Honnêtement, au vu de mon expérience, j’ai eu le sentiment que cet hôtel ne méritait même pas une étoile.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été confronté à plusieurs problèmes qui ont rendu mon séjour particulièrement désagréable. La propreté, l’entretien et la qualité générale des prestations sont très insuffisants. On est très loin du confort et du standing que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Ce qui est surtout décevant, c’est le rapport entre le prix payé et la qualité réellement proposée. Pour moi, cette expérience a été catastrophique et je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Je regrette d’avoir choisi cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai pas.
