L’hotel est tres beau , propre et bien situé. Le personnel est extremement gentil , le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Chambres spatieuses.
Le petit dejeuner est tres sommaire. Il pourrait etre plus etoffé malgres l’absence de cuisine.

The location. Beautiful town and the hotel is on the town square and close to the historic heart.
The staff on arrival were dreadful. They were talking to themselves and treated us with disdain and disinterest. We were an inconvenience to their conversation. The common parts leading from the ground floor to the second floor were shabby, with a horrible poor quality carpet and not worthy of the price level of the hotel. Room 30 was horrible. It had not been cleaned (dust everywhere). The showers and basin were dated. There was no shower fan and limited space to hang towels so they couldn’t dry. The toilet was positioned in a self contained pod (again with no fan) and was reminiscent of a prison toilet than a hotel. The hairdryer was old and effectively useless. There was no safe, no fridge and two complimentary 25cl bottles of water and a cheap coffee machine with 2 sachets (and no milk) for a 4 day stay! The light fitting for the bed did not work but, on raising with the staff, were told it couldn’t be fixed as it would need the whole electrics redone for the lights but yet no offer to move room or offer a discount! Appalling excuse. There was, Indeed, a balcony but shared with 2 air conditioning units that were noisy and pumped out heat so effectively made the terrace unusable. The windows and doors were UPVC which was hardly appropriate for a hotel pricing at the level it was. Sleep was then disrupted by the washing machines that, presumably, were above the room and, when the machines went into ‘spin mode’ rattled the light fittings, waking me up. There was nowhere to store our suitcases and one small hanging cupboard and a ‘metal’ dressing table which were not large enough to unpack. On a more positive note the garden pool area was pleasant, clean and well kept. Whilst I did not see inside the garden rooms those also appeared more pleasing. However, as far as floor 2 of the hotel, it was totally unbecoming of a hotel marketing itself at the price point it was charging.

Un hôtel avec un très bel emplacement au centre-ville, tout en étant intimiste avec une décoration superbe. Un magnifique patio et une très belle piscine. Sans oublier le personnel des plus charmant.
