Hotel Deludente

Molto deludente, a salvare parzialmente il soggiorno sono la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre attento e cordiale, e la colazione, che offre prodotti di buona qualità.

Cons:

Purtroppo un’esperienza deludente. È davvero un peccato, perché dalle foto e dal sito l’hotel sembra molto curato e accogliente, ma la realtà è ben diversa.

La struttura appare trascurata e caratterizzata da arredi di bassa qualità, poco adatti a un contesto alberghiero e visibilmente privi di manutenzione. Manca completamente l’attenzione ai dettagli, sia nelle camere che nel bagno, che risulta anch’esso poco curato.

Un altro aspetto negativo è l’insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente: si sente chiaramente tutto ciò che accade sia nel corridoio che nelle stanze adiacenti, rendendo difficile riposare adeguatamente.

Nel complesso, però, l’esperienza non è stata soddisfacente. Non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Magnifique hôtel!

Hôtel de charme! Propreté impeccable, chambre confort, cour interne avec jardin très relaxante pour se détendre et bouquiner, piscine assez grande pour profiter, pt déjeuner délicieux avec produits locaux et confitures faites maison dans une ambiance théâtrale baignée de lumière! Salon et bar dans une pièce chaleureuse, conviviale et décorée avec meubles très chic choisis pour chaque coin avec amour et goût personnelle. Un mélange de culture et d histoire dans ce village à découvrir absolument!

Great hotel. Perfect for a short or long stay to explore Saint-Remy & local area.
Pros:

Pierre couldn't have been a finer host.
We had been to Saint-Remy before just passing bthrough and wanted to sample it for a longer time as its so beautiful.
Hotel Gounod is perfectly placed in Place De La Republique where there is a weekly market on a Wednesday, a must visit as the whole area becomes a market. Its also easy walking to and from the centre and all of the amenities, amazing restaurants and choices to eat, drink and explore.
Pierre recommended some excelent places to eat and a very special place for my partners birthday celebration.
The rooms are clean, very comfortable and quiet too which was a worry as my partner is a light sleeper but we needn't have worried at all. The gardens, pool and bar are lovely and the decor is ultra cool.
We couldnt recommend this hotel highluy enough for a central place to explore the beautiful Saint-Remy and local area.
