Séjour décevant, hôtel très médiocre

Le coin piscine est agréable

Cons:

Le service est déplorable
Sur une période estivale comme le 14 juillet, par exemple pour avoir des Boisson devant la piscine, c’est très compliqué, on a l’impression d’emmerder le personnel qui d’ailleurs ne s’occupe que de la réception

Hôtel à fuir, nous avons trouvé des cafards dans le lit et sur les murs, comme cela a été le cas pour la chambre à côté,

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal entre Deauville et Honfleur. Les équipements pourraient être bien sur le papier, piscine intérieure et extérieure, jardin arboré et style normand.

Cons:

En réalité, l'hôtel souffre d'un manque d'entretien inquiétant. La piscine est sale, le liner est mal posé, la peinture s'en va. L'établissement globalement nécessite un sérieux coup de frais. Dommage parce que le lieu est charmant.

Cons:

Pas assez de transats car certains réservés aux chambres du RDC. Pas possible de prendre son petit déjeuner en terrasse après 9h30 car ils dressent les tables pour le midi.

Disappointing service. Inedible food in reataurant.
Pros:

The pool area being so close to the rooms was great. Daytime bar staff were helpful. Rooms were functional and reasonably clean but tired.

Cons:

The evening restaurant staff were rude, and unnecessarily unhelpful. The food in the restaurant was inedible and the staff were less than helpful to resolve this. We were shouted at by a particularly obnoxious gentleman who was waiting the dinner service. He sneered at us for our limited French and thought the solution was to shout in our face. Most disappointing hotel stay in a long time.
