The hotel is central -right on the front . To get to the hotel you have to call them to take down the metal bollards . This wasn’t made clear to us pre stay . We luckily just called them . Room is nice but very small . We were on the first floor on a Saturday night so very noisy hard into night .

Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent location for visiting La Rochelle. Unfortunately for the hotel the lift broke the day before we were to leave and we were located on the 4th floor. Not really a hotel problem but we had to use the stairs.
Ability for find the hotel, we knew where it was, we had instructions but took a long time and a number of contact with the hotel to get there and find the parking. Its not the hotels problem that the town is changing the road network and hence access but maybe better and clearer instructions would help. We spent a lot of time and stress trying to get to the hotel.

No way to drive to the hotel, spent 2 hours driving around kept ending up at the back of the hotel where we were instructed to go but was wrong, information needs to be updated on website, breakfast was poor, hot food was poor quality and cold
