Cons:

Ikke lett å komme dit med bil, kjør inn der det står innkjøring forbudt og last av på hotellet. Alle gjør det fat vi ut etter 40 min med kjøring uten av vi kom frem "lovlig" :-)

Enjoyed my stay so much I am looking to return later this year.
Pros:

This hotel is comfortable, clean and well appointed. there have been recent improvements to the hotel and it is obviously well cared for. However what puts this hotel a step above others is the staff, all are without exception dedicated, helpful, caring and polite. The star is Marcel, never without a smile, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Lovely freshly decorated rooms at the front, can be a little noisy if there is stuff on but don’t let that put you off
Pros:

VERY freshly decorated. Lovely size room, comfy bed, views out over the marina. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice. Handy underground parking a couple of minutes walk across the square (you can park outside the hotel to drop your bags first). Festival of music was on when we were there and it was. VERY noisy out front until about 2am on the first night but we full expected that and it was nice to get involved. Second night was much quieter

Tbe hotel is in an excellent location. However we were disappointed that the elevator was out of order and also that our

Cons:

The elevator was out of order for the duration of our four day stay , our room was on the 3rd floor, 59 steps up . Fortunately we are fit and able.
The fridge in our room was also out of order. I brought this to the attention of the man at reception but it was not fixed or replaced throughout our stay.

Great location
Pros:

Great location in heart of La Rochelle. Pool was refreshing. Comfortable bed and aircon bonus.
Staff were helpful and accommodating.
Bar fridge in room and tea and coffee.

Cons:

A little noisy late into the night from bars/clubs in Rue Saint Nicolas (we were first floor).
Flooding from shower on bathroom floor due to design.
