Excellent location close to centre of Beaune with very pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We had a large bedroom and there is parking on site. Close to centre of Beaune, and hotel staff recommended and booked a restaurant for us.

Great location , secure parking,request a ground floor room
Pros:

Secure & easy parking . Great location near to centre of town .

Cons:

2 lots of steep winding stairs up to the room . Room in attic , so we had wooden beams across the roof , no good when you are 6ft tall ! Shower over bath which is not ideal . No kettle , no bottled water in the room .Breakfast was just ok (16€)

For a Logis hotel it set a very good standard and we were pleased with the location close to town.
Pros:

The owner/manager was very helpful with the parking arrangements and helping with our luggage. The hotel managed to retain old world charm with modern facilities. The bed was enormous and comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

Cons:

We were a bit surprised by the car parking charge

Fijn op een bijzondere locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is goed en makkelijk te wandelen het centrum in. Fijn dat onze auto op het terrein kon staan. Kamer prima met airco, wel alleen bereikbaar per trap. Om de badkamer te bereiken moest je 2 treden nemen en dat was 's nachts een uitdaging.

Great hotel highly recommend and will be our choice for next time in Beaune
Pros:

Had a great stay here the room was large and comfortable with the air conditioning already set at a nice temperature for the outside. The check in was smooth and they were very kind to our dogs. Location to inner city was less than a 5 minute walk.

Cons:

The only thing I had a small issue with was the narrow bath/shower combo and that’s purely because I’m a broad shouldered person. Otherwise everything else was great!

Lovely family run hotel
Pros:

Beautifully clean very large rooms. Dogs welcomed rather than tolerated (dog fee is only €18 per room rather than per dog). Onsite secure parking. Walking distance from Beaune old city. Nice breakfast at a reasonable price. Owner and his son very welcoming and helpful. Lovely inner courtyard with lots of flowers and water features.

Cons:

Spiral staircase up to the upper rooms felt quite wobbly and may need some attention.

It was ok for our needs.
Pros:

It was nice, good parking and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We couldn’t open the windows, there’s no fresh air. Airco on or off, nothing in between because remote control wasn’t there. No coffee or other utilities but it was nice we could place our stuff in the fridge from the hotel.
