The terrace has great potential. It would need some general tidying up to make it a comfortable place to spend much time.
We stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel Majestic. The hotel is located very close to the Nîmes Centre (Gare de Nîmes) train station and about 20 minutes car ride from Nîmes Pont-du-Gard. It's a 10 minute walk to the arena and the center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with very quiet air-conditioning. The bathroom had a towel warmer...a really nice touch to dry used towels. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with hot and cold items that were replenished as needed. Staff were attentive, helpful and ensured we were assigned the ground floor rooms we requested. Will definitely return for a longer stay!

Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm. Zu sehr nach zu viel Putzmittel. Die Toilette was sehr klein, der Zugang zur Dusche sehr schmal. Das Bad war sozusagen im Flur.
