L’accueil de l’agent du soir lorsque on est arrivé

L’état délabré de l’hôtel sale froid ascenseur en panne odeur de peinture forte dans la chambre réveil à enjamber les ouvriers et lorsque on demande gentiment à la dame de l’accueil du matin en ayant libérer une des deux chambres à 9h au lieu de 11h30 si nous pouvons laisser nos valise rassemblée dans une chambre 1h de plus que prévue on nous demande de payer un complément sur une façon de parler désagréable et dans le manque de tact ..!

Le personnel est si gentil et serviable, la chambre propre et la literie confortable, de l'eau et des boissons gratuits tous les jours. Une grande salle de bain. l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien

Cons:

les chambres ne sont pas dotées de bouilloire. il faut descendre dans le lobby si on a besoin d'un café ou d'une tisane
