Pros:

Goede bedden, fijne kamers

We waren hier eerst van 8 op 9 mei, ontbijt lekker vroeg om 6:30 , zodat we vroeg weg konden, om die reden nu weer hier geboekt, zeiden bij inchecken tegen de receptioniste dat we om er om 6:30 zouden zijn voor het ontbijt,

Komen we vanochtend om 6:30 in de ontbijt zaal.... nog niks op het buffet, moesten alles nog gaan neerzetten....

En als je de mensen van het ontbijt daarop aanspreekt krijg je eerst een lulverhaal dat het in het weekend vanaf 7:00 uur is, dat staat nergens, op de kamermarkt staat ook vanaf 6:30, en vorige keer was het ook in weekend....

Toen het verhaal dat er nieuw personeel is... prima... maar start dan eerder met neerzetten.....

Werd ook geen moeite gedaan om snel wat neer te zetten .... ging rustig door met uitleggen van het koffie automaat aan het nieuwe personeel......

Ongelooflijk !!!

Je n'ai pas pu être accueilli pour cause de canicule. je peux comprendre cette annulation mais j'ai du payer 70 euros à l'hôtel par virement le 26 juin et Booking m'a prélevé 125 euros pour réservation le 29 juin !!!!!!!
