La gentillesse de l'hôtesse, la possibilité de prendre sa chambre tardivement.

Cons:

Une expérience dans l'ensemble parsemée d'embûches ! Réservation par booking, paiement à faire en plein RDV le dimanche en urgence, literie inconfortable (2lits simple collés, alors que lit double indiqué dans la réservation), douche froide, cheveux dans la douche, panne de réveil pour le petit déjeuner... Bref, pas une expérience agréable.

Cons:

Liquide pour les mains et gel douches sont le même produit .... Donc du gel pour les mains a utiliser sur les cheveux et corps. Ventilation inexistante dans la salle d'eau. Pas de poignée sur le pare douche pour ouvrir et fermer la porte . Bref pas au top

Propreté à désirer
Pros:

Bien placé, calme, facile d'accès . Attention, l'hôtel dispose de chambres PMR (1 seul lit, 2 personnes maxi) en RDC mais les chambres familiales sont au dernier étage sans ascenseur. Petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Le ménage n'est pas fait, seuls les draps et les serviettes sont propres. Une épaisse couche de poussière recouvre les sols (bonjour l'état des chaussettes !), le bureau, les tables de nuit sans compter le café renversé sur une table de nuit qui a aussi éclaboussé la tête de lit non nettoyées .Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette. Bref, on a dû nettoyer avant de pouvoir poser quelque chose et le tapis de bain a servi à balayer le sol. Il y avait aussi du savon collé sur le lavabo. Il n'y a pas d'armoire / penderie dans les chambres.

Uncommunicative, poor service and between the hotel and Booking.com they don’t care when they have taken your money. Use

Nothing - ferry was a called and both the hotel and booking.com blame each other for lack of customer engagement and communications over the discretionary refund policy. My advice is don’t bother wasting your time- they will blame each other and send you running in circles as to who has responsibility to exercise the discretionary. It’s embarrassing and the worst consumer conduct I’ve experienced in a while.
