Great value for money hotel close to the centre of Tours so easy walking to restaurants and bars. Second time staying here and just as good as last year

Paid extra for a “superior” room that was awful. Baseboards completely detached from walls with tons of dust and gunk, questionable cleanliness of carpeted floors. A good amount of mold/mildew in the shower walls and joints and with hair still left from previous guests. Some stained pillow covers(they were clean but you still don’t want to see old set in stains right?) good thing it was only 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay here again

Hôtel indépédant agréable et proche du centre. Salle de petit déjeuner grande et lumineuse. Chambres un peu petites mais en très bon état. Nous avons beaucoup aimé !

Quite good value for money hotel, especially if you go to the Le Mans race as we did. Close to the city centre, easy to find and easy to leave out of the town. Quiet surroundings and helpful staff in a 24/7 reception, which is always nice. They helped us when we left early with checking out and breakfast on-the-go. The breakfast is exceptional, variety and quality was top notch. Tours is a fantastic city as well, so that helps.
The room was not very big, didn't have many amenities, but the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Didn't book a parking spot but managed to find some spots close to the hotel in all days we stayed.

Si vous etes en famille avec un enfant de moins de 10 ans environ, fuyez cet hotel, il y en a plein d'autres à Tours. Ce qu'ils appellent des chambres familiales sont toutes des chambres exigues où toute la place est prise par un lit double, et pour l'enfant, il faut décrocher une échelle sans aucune rampe de sécurité pour monter dans une mezzanine sous le toit. Notre enfant a eu peur de tomber en montant (franchement, cela se comprend) et nous avons passé une nuit blanche à 3 en bas.

Plusieurs réclamations pour changer pendant et après notre séjour, aucune réaction de la direction quand il était temps d'essayer de trouver une solution.

Je trouve surtout leurs chambres familiales DANGEREUSES pour des enfants de moins de 10 ans.

Cela n'a pas l'air d'inquiéter la direction qui dit qu'il n'y a jamais eu d'accident, comme s'il fallait toujours attendre l'accident pour réagir officiellement

Wir kamen erst Recht spät, könnten aber noch gut essen und einen sehr guten Chablis trinken, der nicht überteuert war. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Zimmer sind einfach und etwas hellhörig

The rooms are tiny. I booked a superior room thinking it will be spacious and there is barely any room to move in there. The bathroom is like a cupboard and the shower is tiny. Stains everywhere and a bad smell. These rooms are in desparate need of renovation, uncomfortable mattresses and old pillows with yellow stains inside. Towels are dried up and probably years old. Carpets disgusting and stained. Awful experience there is nothing superior about these rooms. This is more like a 1 star hotel.
