Très bon accueil, personnel très agréable, très bon emplacement et excellent petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillissante. Peinture caillée dans les toilettes , une seule table de nuit, shampoing trop dilué

Pros:

Très bel hôtel où on s’y sent bien. Les jeunes enfants y sont bienvenus.
Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique.
Les restaurants sont très bons.
J’ai profité d’un soin au spa qui était parfait.
L’emplacement dans l’Alpe est idéal pour accéder au centre et à des départs de randonnées.

Cons:

Il semble malheureusement y avoir des problèmes d’organisation du personnel pour le service des restaurants et du bar. Le temps d’attente est long et le service est à revoir, surtout pour un 5 étoiles. C’est très dommage car le personnel est pour autant très sympathique.

L’aménagement de l’hôtel est particulier puisque nous comprenons qu’il s’est agrandi au fil du temps. Résultat, il fallait prendre 2 ascenseurs et plusieurs couloirs rien que pour rejoindre notre chambre depuis la réception

Very good service
Pros:

The staff at the reception and in the garage is a 10/10.

Area at the Pool when many people are there could be Little Bit improved. Also for breakfast the outside seating area should be more welcoming.

For 5 ***** the bar on the terrace should offer a bit better service.

All over we had a very good experience in your hotel. Thanks to the very welcoming staff at the reception and thanks for the very friendly good bye at the garage.
