One of the best hotels in Alpe d’Huez with an outside pool, great restaurant & bar, attentive staff, and easy access

Pros:

ロケーションがよく、快適に過ごすことができた。朝食のサーモンやパンは美味しかった。チェックイン、アウトはスムーズだった。駐車場の出し入れも係員のサービスがとても良かった。

Cons:

2年前に滞在した時よりも朝食の料理の種類が減ったような気がした。

Lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel is as its pictures, in a beautiful location. The staff were lovely and the communal spaces great, especially the rooftop pool area & the breakfast room. Our room had a large balcony with a great view.

Cons:

For a 5* hotel i was slightly disappointed in our room - both size & condition.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location. Reception/parking exemplary. Restaurant service could be better
Pros:

Fabulous welcome from the car parking attendant was a lovely start. Reception staff superb - check in efficient - room beautiful and clean - entire hotel smelt lovely and so well maintained and kept - truly 5 star! The location and views are of course what stand out and they are truly superb. Close to bars restaurants and the village centre only a few minutes walk away. Pool area was also very well decked out and maintained (if slightly small)

Cons:

No air con in 30 degree heat makes for hot nights even with the fan provided on request. Service in the Esperance restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was friendly and polite but disorganised - food and drinks going to the wrong tables - long wait for the bill and relatively costly for the quality.

Uitstekend.
Pros:

Het hotel is gelegen op een zeer mooie locatie op de top van de Alpe d'Huez. Een eigen parking, sport, zwem en spa faciliteiten. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in de eigen restaurants is uitstekend voor een respectable prijs en hetzelfde geld voor het ontbijt. Voor kinderen zou ik dit hotel niet aanbevelen. Het is geen goedkoop hotel maar je krijgt wel waar voor je geld.

Cons:

Soms grote groepen mensen tijdens het diner wat behoorlijk luidruchtig kan zijn. Verder was het vrij warm in de hotelkamers. Slapen met de deuren open kan maar vliegen komen dan wel binnen.

Sehr schönes hotel, upgrade Zimmer erhalten, Abendessen war sehr gut, gute Lage v.a. Im Winter direkt beim Lift, grosse Garage, freundlicher empfang und freundliches Personal

Cons:

Nur ein Waschbecken im Bad der Suite, service an der Bar wenig aufmerksam, grosse Gesellschaft war sehr laut und hätte in zweitem Restaurant bedient werden können, Frühstück für €30 ist preislich am oberen Ende.

Chambre bien agencée mais mini bar vide et sèche cheveu en panne

Cons:

Accueil restaurant décevant pour un hotel de ce standing :
- réservation demandée en terrasse mais servis à l'intérieur
- eau gazeuse "maison" changée 2 X car non gazeuse
- carte des vins donnée ne correspond pas à la cave "été"
- petit déjeuner = 32 euros par personne
