This hotel does not care if their guests get burgled or if they get any sleep at night.
Cons:

One of the worst nights in a hotel ever.
1. I had checked in quite early around noon, and then gone sightseeing. When I returned to my room around 22:45 somebody had taped a duplicate key card to the outside of my room door. Anybody could have entered my room. The hotel's actions are completely unacceptable from a security perspective, and I cannot believe they were in line with Best Western process.
2. Even though the air conditioning in my room was turned off it continued making low volume gurgling noises. Plus, every 20 minutes, the air conditioning made a loud buzzing sound for a few seconds, guaranteed to wake you up. I called the night porter, somebody came to my room, stated that the air conditioning was off, and just left.
3. When I called the night porter again to ask to change rooms, he simply chose not to answer the phone, leaving me stuck in the torture chamber.
