L'attribution d'une très mauvaise chambre, qui ressemblait davantage à un grenier. Nécessité de redescendre à la réception pour avoir une autre chambre. Le comportement du personnel qui se moque ouvertement des clients pour un hôtel 4 étoiles!
L'hôtel est très défraîchi et nécessite une rénovation.

Accueil très agréable, chambre très spacieuse et lit confortable. Salle de bain étroite mais grande douche. Petit déjeuner avec produits locaux et délicieux ☕
Très pratique d'avoir le restaurant même si nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Idéalement situé pour les clients prenant le train. Un peu excentré pour ceux qui comme nous venaient pour découvrir le centre ville. Pour autant un peu de marche ne fait pas de mal !
