Sehr schönes und romantisches Hotel, guter Service, sehr nettes Hotelteam. Unbedingt gleich dazu reservieren sollte man einen Tisch zum Abendessen im angeschlossenen Restaurant Cuvee 31 mit ausgezeichneter Küche. Ein Erlebnis. Auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen.

L'Epine is a spectacular location and the hotel is right beside the beautiful Basillica.
We couldn't work-out how to control the sauna and its infra-red lamps.

Easy to reach, easy to park, great staff, fantastic restaurant. Very clean and comfortable. Great stay.

We stayed here probably about 30 years ago and enjoyed our stay and we were not disappointed with our return trip. The hotel is excellent - quietly stylish and comfortably luxurious. The relaxed staff were attentive and friendly. It was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our (adult) children. Next time we won’t leave it so long between visits!

Das ‚Aux Armes de Champagne‘, Hotel und Restaurant, ist ein bemerkenswertes Haus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Die formale Abwicklung - Parkplatz-Zuweisung, Check-in, Extrakosten Erfassung, Check-out - ist einfach und effizient organisiert.
Wir haben excellent zu Abendgegessen und gut Gefrühstückt und dazwischen angenehm geschlafen. Last but not least unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt.
Wir werden wiederkommen!!

Great hotel located in small nice village with excellent restaurant

Personnel tres sympathique tres arrangeant pour notre arrivée tardive. Chambre tres agréable et propre, tres bonne literie et un super petit déjeuner en chambre. Je recommande cet établissement

Chambre spacieuse et propre, la literie était très confortable ! Le service de l’hôtel et du restaurant sont irréprochables.
Pour un week-end ou simplement pour une soirée, arrêtez-vous Aux Armes, prenez le petit-déjeuner c’est un conseil.

Our final and slightly self indulgent on our Europe tour and we loved it. Great outlook across a beautiful church and we had a lovely balcony with loungers and rooms are beautiful. Restaurant was outstanding and breakfast was too although despite the local produce this is way overpriced

Thank you Hotels.com for our huge disappointment in finding the much lauded restaurant (the main reason we came) shut on Mondays and Tuesdays. While the hotel was comfortable enough with good facilities apart from the one that really mattered, there was hardly anyone around, customers or staff, so completely lacking in atmosphere. I imagine on busy restaurant nights this might be different but we won’t be coming back to find out.
Hotels.com are to blame for this fiasco, giving no warning about the restaurant closure. Had we booked directly with the hotel’s own website we would have been warned. A lesson in itself I guess.

A fantastic hotel and restaurant with marvellous views of the Basilique.

We were travelling with our dog for the first time and were able to make use of the hotel's freezer to hold some of her food. Unfortunately, we forgot this when we left, but were able to collect it on our return a week later, with no problem! The staff were most helpful and we shall certainly return again, if stopping in that area.

Liked it as we did 18 years ago. Found no big change. Would suggest that the new bathrooms have a walk-in shower because not everybody can climb into bathtub. Food excellent, service friendly but slow at the beginning. Would go again.

A splendid meal

Absolutely beautiful building and gardens, superb dining, quiet location but not too far off major routes.

Great restaurant with beautiful food and wines. Rooms large but it is about 40 minutes from the champagne trail - not quite in the centre of the district. Staff very friendly
