Great location, great restaurant.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to the Cathedral, on a nice walking street. The food at the attached restaurant was very good and plentiful, and the service was great. The room was clean but a bit worn. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The room was small, and some of the lights didn't work. Our room was on the street side and a bit noisy.

Hôtel bien placé, mais chambre catastrophique.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner agréable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Reims.

Cons:

Chambre sombre, vieillotte, mal éclairée, donnant sur un mur et sur le moteur de l’aération du restaurant, donc impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause des odeurs et du bruit.
En plus, des oreillers avec des petites taches de sang.
Une catastrophe! Et quand nous nous sommes plaint, la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il fallait demander une bonne chambre lors de la réservation !
Personnel pas très sympa.
Nous n’y retrournerons pas !

Pros:

Emplacement bien et central
Chambre minuscule et sans confort. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre car machinerie bruyante. Climatisation bruyante et peu reglable. Fonctionnement electrique nul.

Pros:

Proximidade da estação de trem e no centro de Reims. Bom café da manhã. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Chuveiro bom. Fiquei em um quarto bem silencioso. Água saborizada e croissant à disposição o dia inteiro na recepção.

Tudo estava bom.
