Ça fait le job !
Pros:

Le personnel est aimable et prévenant. Les chambres sont spatieuses et bonne isolation phonique. Il y a beaucoup de prises pour charger ses appareils.

Cons:

Obligé d’enlever le bloc de savon de la salle de bain pour le mettre dans la douche car il n’y en avait pas. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, juste en bas à l'accueil. Plafond vétuste, lit double avec deux matelas donc un trou au niveau de la séparation.

Pros:

Une rue calme près de la gare, c'est déjà rare !
La chambre insonorisée et le parking intérieur à 10€ sont des plus indéniables.
Et ceci à un tarif contenu, je recommande l'établissement sans réserve ! Je compte d'ailleurs y revenir.

An ok place for a one night stay
Pros:

I have been to Cecil Hotel many times since 1997; I choose it because it's a no frills solution for a one night stay and it allows rest in a quiet area of the city, walking distance to the main city centre. The staff on this visit was most welcoming and helpful for anything we needed. Despite the garage was fully booked we managed to park a few metres from the hotel so easy stayover.

Cons:

The building shows visible signs of wear and tear. Our shower box had no internal light and the curtain was dark brown, making the experience a bit "dark". The bathroom had one hanger which got detached and got left on the window sill. The basin's drain was partially obstructed and emptying very slowly. The shutter for the window was not long enough (!) so we either had a gap above or below it was impossible to have total darkness in the room. Finally the lift is the smallest I have even seen so it struggles to fit more than 2 people.
