Lovely spot to stay in Metz

de locatie van het hotel was prachtig

Cons:

De kamer erg klein voor een vier sterrenhotel, de airco functioneerde niet goed, er lag een papierachtig "onderlaken" op de matras die als je je omdraaide zich om je heen wikkelde.
Om 0ngeveer 3 uur 's nachts ging gedurende ongeveer 10 minuten het brandalarm af. Kwam veel mensen tegen die moeite hadden met het vinden van de trappen naar beneden.
Uiteindelijk bleek het een locale brand in de keuken.
De volgende dag bij vertrek zou je verwachten dat iemand zou vragen hoe het verblijf was geweest.
Niemand zei iets over de niet normale nacht.

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Centrale ligging in het centrum van Metz. Van te voren van het hotel een rip gekregen om te parkeren en de route naar het hotel. Wij hadden wel de privilegekamer. Deze is groter met inloopdouche en apart toilet. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht so toll, war alles da, aber die Qualität konnte nicht begeistern, weder beim Kaffee noch beim Tee noch bei den Eiern… . eine Ausnahme bildete der hausgemachte Joghurt, der war sehr gut.

Top Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück, selbst gemachte Kuchen, Quiche. Es könnte man viele Sachen extra Bestellen. Schönes , geräumiges Zimmer. Tolles Bad mit XXL Dusche, getrennte Toilette.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Lobby lässt einen schlechten ersten Eindruck. Sonst alles Top.

L'emplacement et la qualité des chambres

Cons:

A la réservation puis à l'accueil pas d'indication sur le fait qu'il y a un problème de climatisation (manifestement connu) dans l'établissement. Chaleur etouffante dans les parties communes, chambre à peine ventilée. Petit geste commercial au paiement mais j'aurais préféré une information préalable.
