Un luogo magico a Lourdes
Pros:

Vicinissimo al santuario, con uno charme d’epoca incredibile.
Il personale mi ha sorpreso per l’accoglienza e la gentilezza. Sembra di essere a casa e allo stesso tempo in un posto magico e di lusso.
Le camere erano impeccabili e estremamente pulite, e il ristorante é stato un viaggio tra Italia e Francia. Camerieri disponibili e cordiali.
La struttura è stata restaurata sui piani delle camere mantenendo comunque il suo spirito originale, con un rispetto per la storia di questo luogo davvero perfetto.
Consiglio vivamente di vivere l’esperienza di Lourdes in questo hotel incredibile.

Confort y lujo asegurado en Lourdes.
Pros:

Increíble, puro lujo y buena atención. La atención de todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta la parte de restaurante un placer. Un lugar para visitar Lourdes desde un enfoque de comodidad y placer. Cecilia y el equipo de la recepción a destacar en su amabilidad y gentileza! Las habitaciones brillaban por su limpieza y orden, también un placer poder tener opciones con bidet !

Todos os católicos deveriam ir à Lourdes! è um banho de fé na alma!
Pros:

Já havia ficado neste hotel em outra ocasião e decidi repetir pois a localização é ótima. Dá para escutar a procissão do quarto. As instalações são bem antigas mas confortáveis e o atendimento é muito bom.

The Hotel Moderne exceeded my expectations, and you can’t beat the location! The hotel itself is beautiful and grand, and the room was very large and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and more. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant, and it was an excellent experience with friendly, attentive service and delicious food. I actually wish I would have had planned to have more of my meals here. The location is very close to the Basilica, grotto, etc. which is so convenient, especially after the late torchlight procession (perfect for solo travelers!). I felt safe walking back with many other pilgrims walking that direction, too. The front desk staff was so helpful for everything I needed, including understanding the schedule of events at the Sanctuary and navigating a shuttle/bus to the local airport. I would highly recommend The Hotel Moderne and hope to visit again next time I visit Lourdes.

Très déçue par la qualité de la literie.
Pros:

L’architecture du bâtiment est très belle.
Les personnels sont vraiment dévoués et font tout pour vous satisfaire avec ce qu’ils ont à disposition.
La situation géographique est parfaite.
Une chambre très propre.

Cons:

La qualité de la literie reste plus qu’à désirer. Les sommiers ne sont pas de dernières générations, loin de là. La qualité des matelas est très mauvaise.
C’est le grand point faible de cet hôtel.
