It was comfortable , accessible and safe.
Pros:

It would be great if breakfast was included with the rates and heater in the room.

Cons:

The room was cold but good thing we only come back to sleep.

Très bien, je recommande sauf le petit-déjeuner qui est à améliorer.
Pros:

Le personnel surtout, c'est la plus-value de l'établissement, que ce soit les réceptionnistes, les femmes de chambres et le personnel du restaurant, ils étaient tous très gentils et à l'écoute du client.

Cons:

Le seul bémol du séjour, le petit-déjeuner que j'ai trouvé très basique (le pain, brioche, viennoiseries sont industriels), ce n'est pas très conforme à un 4 étoiles. Le jus d'orange mérite d'être un jus de fruit frais, peu de choix au niveau du salée.

GREAT STAFF!! AMAZING LOCATION!!
Pros:

The staff!

Cecilia at the front desk was fantastic and quite frankly amazing. She speaks 5 languages fluently and she is a very beautiful soul and amazingly professional and knowledgeable, especially about great cheeses!!

The other lady and guys at the front desk were awesome as well and couldn’t ever do enough to help.

Also, a special shout out to Lucie in the breakfast and lunch area. As an example, she noticed I didn’t like the coffee from the machine at the buffet and had no problem making me a cappuccino out of the real machine. She speaks English and was an absolute joy to talk to. I would promote her as fast as possible. In fact, if I buy a hotel in Lourdes, I’m going to steal both Cecilia and Lucie!!

Also, the cleaning and housekeeping crew were the quickest and best I’ve ever seen in any hotel. I went down to get some ice and our room was completely done when I got back. I still don’t know how that’s even possible.

The property is very near to the Saint Joseph entrance of the Sanctuary.

Rooms are great.

Cons:

I think the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved. The selection was very limited, especially when considering it cost US$50 for two.

Un luogo magico a Lourdes
Pros:

Vicinissimo al santuario, con uno charme d’epoca incredibile.
Il personale mi ha sorpreso per l’accoglienza e la gentilezza. Sembra di essere a casa e allo stesso tempo in un posto magico e di lusso.
Le camere erano impeccabili e estremamente pulite, e il ristorante é stato un viaggio tra Italia e Francia. Camerieri disponibili e cordiali.
La struttura è stata restaurata sui piani delle camere mantenendo comunque il suo spirito originale, con un rispetto per la storia di questo luogo davvero perfetto.
Consiglio vivamente di vivere l’esperienza di Lourdes in questo hotel incredibile.

Confort y lujo asegurado en Lourdes.
Pros:

Increíble, puro lujo y buena atención. La atención de todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta la parte de restaurante un placer. Un lugar para visitar Lourdes desde un enfoque de comodidad y placer. Cecilia y el equipo de la recepción a destacar en su amabilidad y gentileza! Las habitaciones brillaban por su limpieza y orden, también un placer poder tener opciones con bidet !
