Bon séjour malgré le bruit des voisins, établissement vieillissant mais personnel à l’écoute et literie agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel accueillant, la literie, la propreté, l’emplacement.

Cons:

Peinture craquelée, moquette tachée, petit déjeuner pas assez complet, manque plus de charcuterie et fromage et fruits. Chambre mal insonorisée en entend les voisins.

Bon séjour malgré un établissement vieillissant
Pros:

La propreté, l’accueil, le personnel, la literie, bon emplacement.

Cons:

Assez vieillot, peinture craquelée, moquette tachée pas aération dans la salle de bain et petit déjeuner à améliorer avec un peu plus de choix charcuterie et fromage. Mettre des fruits. Le soir le pub fait du bruit mais nous étions de l’autre côté donc pas dérangeant.

L'emplacement, l'accueil, le service et la propreté

Cons:

La télé était mal placé et trop loin du lit donc obligé de se lever du lit pour changer ou baisser le son. La peinture qui tombe dans la douche, il y a qu' une prise de courant, et surtout le bruit on entend tout dans la chambre a côté plus sûrement des enfants qui courait a 00h30 . Et le petit déjeuner trop chère pour ce qui est proposé

Pros:

Tout était bien sauf quand à minuit une équipe de jeunes ont fait tellement de vacarme que l,on a été réveillé en sursaut le vacarme a duré pendant 1heure sinon dommage tout était bien

La vicinanza al santuario

Cons:

Alla reception non guasterebbe un po’ più di cortesia con gli ospiti, non ci siamo proprio con i modi e i toni. Camera estremamente spartana, a minor prezzo ne ho trovate di migliori in zona nel passato

Pros:

The location of the hotel in Lourdes sits at the door of The Pyrenees and overlooks the river and you have good view of mountains when the there’s is no cloud cover.

Cons:

The carpets are dated and need a deep clean or relaxing.
I have never stayed in a hotel that did NOT have tea/coffee or even a kettle in the room. If you wanted a hot drink you had to pay for it at the bar. Luckily, we had booked breakfast for our stay and I would go to breakfast and make the morning coffees for my wife and I. The Breakfast was 7-9am and I would attend at around 7.05 and found NO fruit and limited pastries, cheese and cold meats.
