Hygiene, some staffs behaviour

Cons:

Racism of kitchen staff when asked to take my food to boil. And during the 1st night I asked for a fan and it was denied at 12 am when I reached there by one man on 24th the next day a maid gave me and she is of different origin. I don't is it Racism or are their behaviour is just that. It's heat wave over there they should have shown mercy to their customers. Some of them who are receptionists behaved very well.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Cons:

Hotel cancelled my reservation despite me paying in advance for the room! They must have been over subscribed because they had even given out the room before my guest arrived! The staff was unhelpful and my guest had to wander through Lourdes looking for another place to stay! It was a pathetic service. Up till now, they have not even refunded me for the erroneous 'no show' fee they charged my card!
