Les employés ne connaissent pas leur propre établissement.... arrivé 23h30.....ca hurle cri tape dans les portes..... impossible de dormir plus la peur.... jamais le gardien n'est intervenu......2h45.... n'en pouvant plus j'ai du aller sortir cet homme...par chance je parle anglais....ce dernier a quitté l'établissement.....3h30 plus tard réveil pour nous... épuisés.... normal après avoir payé une nuit d'hôtel.... à la réception voici le sous directeur qui m'explique ne pas être responsable des incivilités de sa clientèle....au petit déjeuner alors que la veille vous partez acheter du salé car la réceptionniste vous informe que le petit déjeuner n'est que sucré.... quelle surprise en arrivant à ce dernier de voir oeuf fromage et jambon.....une horreur.... j'ai demandé un remboursement..... impossible.....en attendant plutôt que de profiter d'une journée de ski j'ai sombré dans la voiture garée en bas des pistes.....en partant ce cher monsieur à la réception nous a quand même dit être désolée....
