Hotel de Paris

Problemas com reserva, descrição do quarto não corresponde à realidade. Reservo quarto para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, com 3 twin beds e no momento do check in quarto é para 3 pessoas e tem 3 camas single beds. para resolver o problema é cobrada uma taxa adicional, não prevista.
Depois, é atribuido um quarto com cerca de 16m2 onde as camas ocupavam quase toda a área do quarto, impossível circular no quarto, apenas disponha de uma pequena janela para entrar luz e arejar o quarto. Não dispõe de ar condicionado e a internet sem fios era de fraca qualidade.

Chambre avec vue sur le mur d'en face, douche microscopique et sombre, petit-déjeuner bofbof... cher pour les prestations.

Très bien, l’hôtel juste à coté le grotte ,menus pas chère, le plat très bon et copieux. Service l’accueil et service restaurant sont très sympathique.On reviendra sûrement.

Hotel posizione strategica per il santuario, camere molto piccole e bagni angusti senza bidet. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Essendo un pellegrinaggio, si può utilizzare.

El hotel es antiguo, pero está muy limpio y el trato del personal y la comida muy bien.

Perfect hotel for what we needed

The entrance at the Hotel Its close because they have working People at the street and We need to tornaround to another exit
Also the people at the hotel its not very kind!!

Hotel in ottima posizione molto vicino alla Grotta. Camere pulite e dotate di ogni confort.
Il personale è gentile e attento ad ogni richiesta.
Un appunto lo dobbiamo fare per la cucina non proprio all’altezza e la colazione è assolutamente troppo cara.
Nel complesso assolutamente da consigliare e noi ci ritorneremo la prossima volta.

Only the location was good other ther than that was average

Le personnel est très agréable, la chambre correct, mais un gros point noir, c'est le restaurant, je me croyais être à la cantine de mon entreprise, mais je c'est pas où à Lourdes on peu manger correctement, sans être pour autant de la gastronomie, comme c'est touristique.

Comfortable

The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary, Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto. Hotel staff is very helpful. Hotel is clean, but during our stay, we have to open the windows to allow cooler air(there"s no air con) into the room. We also can hear the noise of people talking from down the street at the middle of the night. Overall the stay is pleasant.

Christiane was wonderful , so helpful. No air conditioning was a challenge.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was near the Grotto. The receptionist was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Pellegrinaggio a Lourdes

Location, location , location .three minutes from the shrine. The staff was very nice. The service was adequate for the price. I will use it again.
