Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
8
Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms and beds were clean (chambre propre, schoon); overall cleanliness is consistently reported as good.
Service
8
Mixed but generally positive: several guests praise friendly/helpful owners and reception (owner called on arrival, friendly staff), though there are notable complaints about rude breakfast staff and inconsistent training.
Location
7.8
Good for an overnight stop near the highway (vlak bij de snelweg, proche de l'autoroute), quiet setting and pleasant terrace/view for some; however it is isolated for walking to amenities in some cases.
Room Quality
6.3
Rooms are often small (very small room, camper-like bathroom), some are adequate or spacious but several guests report hard mattresses and dated decor; overall mixed with tendencies toward compact/simple rooms.
Amenities
6
Basic amenities: free parking and a small fan noted positively, but lack of cooling/AC, small bathrooms, unstable Wi‑Fi, and occasional broken TV reduce the score.
Value for Money
7
Many guests call it cheap or fair for an overnight stop, though there are complaints about price inconsistencies at check-in and some feeling it is slightly expensive for what is offered.
Food and Beverage
6
Breakfast is described as limited/poorly stocked by multiple guests and there are direct complaints about breakfast service (rude staff); overall F&B is below average.
Overall Experience
8.5
Consistently described as suitable for a one-night/overnight stop: quiet, convenient for motorway travellers and generally friendly staff; issues (small rooms, limited amenities) keep it from being higher but overall experiences are positive for its intended use.

einfach und preiswert
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Izivia Ladestation für E-Autos in 200 m Entfernung bei McDonalds. Trotz Lage in Wirtschaftsgebiet ziemlich ruhig.
