It has everything, bed, bathroom, small table. It was clean, not spottless.

A bit difficult to find the entrance on the other side of the tram tracks. For parking we had to go around the back.

Good price, clean modernised rooms.
Pros:

Bedroom and shower new and in very good condition rest of hotel needs freshening up, threadbare carpets on stairs.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
