Surtout l'accueil et le personnel, juste exceptionnels.. en France..
L'hôtel a beaucoup charme, et est très bien placé
Petite chambre, mais très cosy et propre.
Situation idéale
Restaurant gastronomique, avec service impeccable
Qualité du SPA
Beaucoup mieux qu une chambre dans une chaîne d'hôtellerie internationale **** !

אחרי לילה ארוך ,
הצוות לא ניסה לעזור להכין לנו משהו לאכול או לשתות. שלחו אותנו להסתובב באיזור - כמובן הכל היה סגור.
חוסר רגישות

בנוסף טלויזיה מקולקלת אף אחד לא ידע לתקן.

Hôtel plein de charme.
Pros:

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, beaux espaces, belle décoration. Accès au spa gratuit. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Salle de restaurant très agréable.
Bonne situation dans Aix.

Le confort, l'accueil et la situation géographique de l'établissement.

Cons:

Le seul bémol concerne l'espace Spa qui est un peu petit et la piscine serait plus agréable avec une eau un peu plus chaude.

Pros:

Location was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very stylish and rooms well appointed. Didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on that aspect, but cocktails in the bar very nice.

Une magnifique séjour
Pros:

Le spa est magnifique, les chambres cosy et très confortable. Le personnel est adorable, je recommande également de faire un massage avec Alexandrine.
