Please note that the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Access to the the spa for children under 16 years old is allowed every day from 10:30 to 12:30 only. They must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Access to SPA is not available before check-in and after check out. places are subject to availability, Maximum capacity is 40 people

Please note that gym classes are available on Monday and Thursday. Classes cost EUR 10 per person and are subject to availability.

Personnel particulièrement désagréable et irrespectueux.

Nous avions réservé plusieurs chambres mais l’expérience a malheureusement été très décevante.

L’emplacement est indéniablement excellent, ce qui explique pourquoi nous sommes revenus. En revanche, l’hôtel est assez vieillissant et manque clairement d’entretien.

Le principal problème reste le personnel, en particulier la femme se présentant comme la responsable. Son attitude a été à plusieurs reprises peu professionnelle, désagréable, voire irrespectueuse, y compris dans le cadre d’une réservation de groupe avec plusieurs chambres.

C’est vraiment dommage, car le lieu a du potentiel, mais la qualité du service gâche totalement l’expérience. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Pros:

This was my fourth time staying in the hotel and it didn't disappoint again. It has been renovated two years ago and the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is amazing, nothing beats the whirpools and the saunas with Mont Blanc view. The parking is a bit tight if you have a big car but still manageable. I can only recommend this hotel and as a tip go for the superior room and ask for mountain view.

Very disappointing experience overall.

The location is indeed nice, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself feels quite outdated and could really benefit from some renovation.

The biggest issue, however, was the staff. The level of service was far below expectations, especially from the woman who presented herself as the manager. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but at times openly rude and even insulting, which is completely unacceptable in hospitality.

We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable during our stay, which completely overshadowed any good aspects of the place.

Definitely not a place we would return to or recommend.
