Please note that the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Access to the the spa for children under 16 years old is allowed every day from 10:30 to 12:30 only. They must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Access to SPA is not available before check-in and after check out. places are subject to availability, Maximum capacity is 40 people

Please note that gym classes are available on Monday and Thursday. Classes cost EUR 10 per person and are subject to availability.

We loved our stay
Pros:

It has an extensive breakfast with all cultures covered. Raffah who was on reception showed excellent customer service at all times. From helping with checking in after a 30 hour journey, storing bags as necessary, helping with a discount card for ski hire,lending us a stock as we lost one. The beds were very comfortable, great size rooms, excellent ski storage, and spa, steam and hot tub included in our stay. So close to all the centre of town, so many restaurants to choose from, close to ski hire , tourist bureau and the bus stop to take you to various options for the mountains you can ski on. I would definitely stay there again.

L'hôtel est très propre, les lits confortables Le petit déjeuner est bien servi. Le personnel est très chaleureux et sympathique.
Au spa, j'ai bénéficié d'un massage très bien réalisé, très relaxant. Idéalement situé dans le centre de Chamonix, proche des remontées mécaniques.

Cons:

Au mois de janvier, il faisait passablement froid et le sauna et le jacuzzi aurait pu être plus chaud. J'ai eu un peu froid dans le bassin dehors.

L’aspect positif du séjour c’est l’emplacement qui est splendide, le personnel du petit déjeuner adorable et une mention spéciale pour Alicia et la directrice de l’établissement qui est à l’écoute des clients merci à elles . Le petit déjeuner est copieux

Alors le point négatif à notre arrivée nous nous sommes vu attribué une chambre qui ne correspondait en rien à ce que j’avais réservé sur le site . Une chambre minuscule pour un tarif exorbitant 1700 euros pour 4 jours alors que le prix d’une nuit est de 307 euros 😡 . Je me suis rendu à l’accueil pour faire part de mon mécontentement auprès de la responsable mais celle ci n’as rien voulu entendre et a été désagréable et les arguments qu’elle m’as donné n’était pas justifié heureusement que le lendemain la directrice de l’établissement a réglé ce désagrément en nous attribuant la chambre souhaitez.

The rooms were comfortable and hotel very cozy . The location was perfect.
Pros:

Location was excellent. The standard Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. The out door roof top pool was spectacular and a nice temperature. The spa facilities were a really nice addition to our stay.

Cons:

The temperature of the hot tub and jacuzzi could have been higher .
