Please note that the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Access to the the spa for children under 16 years old is allowed every day from 10:30 to 12:30 only. They must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Access to SPA is not available before check-in and after check out. places are subject to availability, Maximum capacity is 40 people

Please note that gym classes are available on Monday and Thursday. Classes cost EUR 10 per person and are subject to availability.

Great for skiing in the mountains
Pros:

Great location, right in the centre of town, short walk to the ski buses

la camera aveva il wc lontano dal bagno, non finestrato come pure la cameretta senza finestra. Pochissime prese di corrente e mini bar con prezzi assurdi!!!!!

Super badly. It is a very pricy place with horrible facilities and horrible attitude.

Cons:

1. I booked a mountain view room, but they gave me a patio view! Ironically, they put a poster about mountain picture at the wall in front of my window ...... which was the most ridiculous thing that I've met. It was completely different with the picture that I've saw on website. I asked them that they should change one room with real mountain view for me, the manager refused me and suggest me to pay more money to upgrade my reservation. But this was actually your problem, not mine.

2. The spa center was shit. The pool are very small and the water are super super cold (around only 25-28 degree I suppose). Anyway, it was different with the picture that you show on website.

3. The water temperature in my bathroom was super hot, after the reception lady checked the facilities, they finally changed a room for me. However, their attitudes are very arrogant and rude. It's obvious that it was your facilities that have big problems, but you were acting as I gained an advantage from it. This attitude was not okay!

We loved our stay
Pros:

It has an extensive breakfast with all cultures covered. Raffah who was on reception showed excellent customer service at all times. From helping with checking in after a 30 hour journey, storing bags as necessary, helping with a discount card for ski hire,lending us a stock as we lost one. The beds were very comfortable, great size rooms, excellent ski storage, and spa, steam and hot tub included in our stay. So close to all the centre of town, so many restaurants to choose from, close to ski hire , tourist bureau and the bus stop to take you to various options for the mountains you can ski on. I would definitely stay there again.
