Great place to stay when skiing, close enough to the ski slopes and only couple of stops away from lovely Chamonix. Love

Pros:

Balcony to breath, as our room was very warm despite heating is off, I think we are above the sauna. The bath 🛀 is comfy & clean, design of the room, the coffee maker. View mountain from balcony. Happy hour!

If you want away from centre then this is the place esp if you have a car. But by foot is too far. Expensive bus & Train tickets.

Cons:

We are most of the time outside until late evening outdoor activities so we are sleeping until 9am but cleaner is knocking the door and very noisy cleaning (2 times).
We are holiday break.

The property is far from centre 1hour more walk , from centre chamonix sud 20mins bus ski 15 which is until 5pm (17hour) otherwise Train Les Paz station 5mins walk. No free tourist swiss pass transport.

Fantastic customer service and perfect for ski holiday
Pros:

Me and a friend stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb for some skiing.
Staff were fantastic. Answered all of our questions and extremely helpful. Incredible customer service.
Located just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop in very scenic area, stunning views of Mont Blanc at breakfast. Buses run every 15 minutes (mostly free with ski pass) or so and several to take so very convent plus a train station opposite - free with card given by hotel.
The atmosphere is very calm so perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rooms were exactly as described and lovely bathrooms. Very clean and house keeping clean daily. Beds comfortable too with coffee machine and mini fridge.
We were also offered a room upgrade completely free of charge!
Very good value for money in such an expensive area and would definitely visit again.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, notre chambre était équipée d'un grand lit double comme le disait l'annonce mais il s'agissait en réalité de deux lits simples collés.
Ce détail n'était pas mis en évidence lors de notre réservation et nous a un peu déçu.
Quand on vient en amoureux on préfère les vrais lits doubles.
Pour ce qui est du reste, il n'y a pas grand chose à redire.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon, il y avait du choix et la vue le matin sur les montagnes est incroyable.
