Treatments not available in April

Outdoor Pool:
Reopening on 05/01/2025 (weather permitting)

J’ai réservé une chambre supérieure ! donc plus chère ( j’attends donc une chambre un
peu plus grande et confortable ) … je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre standard ( petite ) et vétuste … certes l’hôtel a prévu de rénover cette partie de l’hôtel mais dans ce cas il faut modifier les tarifs en conséquence ou les appellations des chambres ! alors que la réception était au courant de mon insatisfaction : lorsque j’ai réglé … personne ne m’a demandé comment mon séjour s’était passé et je n’ai pas eu l’ombre d’un geste commercial … le rapport qualité / prix est insatisfaisant . Il est sans doute préférable d’attendre la rénovation de l’hôtel pour un rapport qualité / prix dans la norme

Pas à la hauteur des prestations d un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Bâtiment magnifique et espace piscine parfait. Une jeune fille accueillante et sympathique qui ne pouvait répondre à nos attentes car seule à diriger ce grand hôtel !!!

Cons:

Que l accès spa bien être et restaurant soient fermés nous étions prévenus ok mais espace bar et snack piscine fermés car manque de personnel ça commence à faire bcp. Balcon communiquant qui empêche de se poser tranquille le soir et de profiter discuter. Pas de climatisation. Pas de dosettes café pour la machine dans la chambre. Pas de verre à eau. Une grande déception pour le prix payé qui du coup est enoooooooooorme par rapport aux prestations. Vraiment déçue.
