Cons:

nous avons eu du bruit toute les 3 nuits jusqu'a 4h30 du matin par les voisins. musique à fond.
En plus nous avons beaucoup stessé car le site booking a était piraté. J'ai bloqué ma carte de peur d'être également piraté. Du coup des frais en plus pour changer de carte.
Le reste bien.
Avec tout ces problémes je m'attendais à une réduction du séjour, mais rien n'a été proposé.

der Pool war super, die Lage sehr schön, die Inneneinrichtung sehr geschmackvoll

Morgens um 6.00 Uhr war es laut vor dem Eingang.
Am Abend war es sehr laut, weil eine Gruppe anreiste.

Nous avons réservé notre séjour via notre téléphone portable. Lors de la réservation, il n’était pas clairement indiqué que les équipements du spa n’étaient pas accessibles en raison de travaux. Cette information aurait dû être mise davantage en évidence, elle aurait eu une incidence sur notre choix d’établissement. Une meilleure visibilité de cette information aurait été appréciée afin d’éviter toute déception.

Best Lage in Chamonix aber deutlich überteuert

Die Lage ist nach wie vor das Beste in dem Hotel und der außen Pool vor dem Montblanc. Es hat sonst nichts mehr besonderes

Cons:

Personal komplett überfordert , Bauarbeiter benutzen die selben Platz wie den Kunden, alternativ Mittagessen waren offensichtlich nicht die Hotel Kunden, Frühstück war akzeptable aber hat auch viel gefällt. Anderen Kunden haben sich über den Pool unter anderem beschwert.

4성급인데 가성비 있다. 직원이 친절하다. 주차가 무료다. 객실이 깨끗하다. 객실에서 몽블랑 정상이 보인다.

Cons:

객실이 좁다. 샤모니 케이블카 까지 차로 10분정도 가야한다. 조식 가격은 비싸고 질은 4성급이 아니라 3성급이다. 주변에 편의시설이 없다.
