Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Im Grossen und Ganzen hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Es hatte mich verwundert, dass ein 4-Stern-Hotel kein Glättdienst Service angeboten hatte und auch keine Schirme zum Ausleihen. Wir waren an einer Hochzeit eingeladen und das Wetter war schlecht. Wir hätten einen Schirm sehr geschätzt.

chambre propre et confortable, chien accepté, petit-déjeuner très bon et surtout vue sur les montagnes magnifique! personnel sympa et arrangeant, parking pratique, gare et bus juste à côté, bref on recommande et on reviendra avec plaisir !

A marvellous stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Excelsior ! The staff were very friendly and cheerful. The room was spacious with a view of Mont Blanc and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in front of the spectacular mountains, which included local products and offered a wide choice. We will definitely be back.
