The house keeping for the 4 days of my stay they didn’t change the towels or cleen the room probably
Perfect find for our family of 5. Perfect location. Loved the spa facilities after skiing everyday. The massages were amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Hotel is ideally located in a quiet area in the center of Chamonix. Very clean and comfortable rooms with views of the Montblanc. Tea/coffee facilities were also available in the room. Great breakfast was served each morning. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing in particular. Just that there was no fridge in the room. Having one would have been appreciated.

Très bien situé et hôtel très beau
Le bruit la nuit. C’était comme un bruit mécanique qui ne faisait que de ce répéter la nuit (possiblement la journée aussi mais c’est dans le calme qu’on s’en rend compte.)
Le personnel est très accueillant, proactif et souriant. Chambre grande et spacieuse
Les fenêtres pourraient être anti bruit, la route passant juste en dessous
