Location was great. Very convenient for skiing and to reach town. Easily accessible from the train station. Breakfast was lovely. Ski locker with heated boot driers within the locker to dry your ski boots, a big plus.
Room size was very large for European standards. Esthetically the rooms looked nice. The spa was a great addition, it was small but enjoyable. You do need to make spa reservations in advance as they only allow a limited number of guests each hour into the spa due to the small space. It was easy to make reservations, I just emailed the hotel in advance. Unfortunately, we were unable to eat dinner at the hotel as I did not make dinner reservations in advance, the hotel was full the week we stayed. If you would like to eat at the hotel I would also encourage you to make reservations in advance.
The room needed more hanging space to dry ski clothes or hiking clothing in the summer. A few hooks on the wall would be greatly appreciated. I used all of my closet hanging space to dry ski clothes. The hotel was very responsive when I requested more hangers for the closet however there was just not enough space for clothing. I was unable to unpack from my suitcase as there were no drawers and only a few small cubbies, which were needed for ski helmets. Staying at the hotel for 6 days, living out of my suitcase was less then ideal. They could easily add drawers underneath a built in bench area for clothing.
The bathroom was also cold and only had two hooks. They could significantly improve the space with a heated towel bar, which would allow the towels to dry while hanging the robes on the two hooks in the bathroom. A heated towel bar would also improve the temperature of the bathroom and allow guests to hand wash small items and dry them on the heated towel bar.
The wifi was great during the day, when all the guests were out skiing. I skipped one day of skiing to just relax. However at night the wifi was very slow and at time was so slow that I could not load pages or complete a task.

The bed was the comfiest I have ever stayed in - comfier than my own at home! Was lovely having the balcony overlooking Mont Blanc. The breakfast was lovely every morning. Most of the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We managed to have a quick trip to the spa and those facilities were lovely and modern. They fixed the bath plug for us as soon as the issue was raised. The location was great in terms of having a ski shop attached to it for ski hire, being next to the bus stops and being a few steps away from the centre of town for all the bars and restaurants. It's a pretty hotel and would recommend anyone to stay there. It's also a nice touch that they had games in the reception/lounge area for kids and free sweets. The ski locker room was brilliant - biggest one I have seen. Also it was nice and quiet in the evenings which is what you want after a long day on the slopes..... a good night's sleep!
The only slight criticism was a lack of storage space in the room but to be honest for a couple we did make it work so was not as bad as we initially thought when we first arrived. We also had a slight issue with one of the receptionists who put us on the wrong side of the road on the bus to where we needed to be. May have been a slight miscommunication there. But overall I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it.
The Breakfast and the staff
There should be refrigerators in the rooms.
Le personnel extrêmement gentil, l’endroit très chaleureux, facile d’accès. Repas très bon et le prix très abordable. Le spa est très propre et bien pour les familles. Je reviendrai sans faute.
Le personnel au spa bien qu’adorable et ultra aux petits soins doit se former plus sur la technique des massages.

Some of the staff members are not friendly at all. Although our early checkin was confirmed through booking.com - they claimed that they have never confirmed and asked for an additional price if we wished to check in earlier (checkin time is very late and check out time is not aligned with the checkin hour) moreover, for a few times the staff directed us very badly with wrong information about trains, lifts, stations etc.
Also they offer some activities in the lobby for the guests but they are not free of charge, sounds very strange.
Great hotel, it has all what you need … sauna, hamman, ski rent shop, restaurant, parking and great breakfast! Amazing price / quality

The house keeping for the 4 days of my stay they didn’t change the towels or cleen the room probably
Perfect find for our family of 5. Perfect location. Loved the spa facilities after skiing everyday. The massages were amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
