Everything about the hotel was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was very big, and the bathroom was clean and well organized. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. The staff were also very kind and welcoming.and this hotel is close in the chamonix center 1 minute
I especially loved the view of Mont Blanc — it was absolutely amazing.
The only downside was that the parking fee was too high compared to other hotels — 30 Euros per night. Also, the Wi-Fi was sometimes very slow.
Absolutely fantastic stay from beginning to end! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade featuring the most beautiful view, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the hot chocolate was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d definitely love to return again! 🤍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à deux. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à Chamonix, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied, c’est un vrai plus.
Le confort de la chambre, et notamment de la literie, est vraiment très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité, et la restauration dans le cadre de la demi-pension était également très bonne.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil du personnel, toujours très aimable et professionnel.
Nous voyagions avec notre chien, et l’établissement est clairement dog-friendly. Beaucoup de clients étaient accompagnés de leur animal, ce qui est rassurant et agréable.
Le parking privé de l’hôtel est un point positif, mais malheureusement il était complet à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû nous garer dans un parking à proximité, ce qui représente un coût supplémentaire (environ 25 € par 24h).
Le supplément pour les animaux est également assez élevé (environ 30 € par nuit), même si leur accueil est très bon.
Enfin, point plus léger mais à noter : malgré les radiateurs coupés dans la chambre (nous étions au 6ème étage), la chaleur diffusée par le système de chauffage (visible derrière le caisson mural) rendait la chambre assez chaude, surtout en période de mi-saison. Lors de notre séjour, avec des températures extérieures supérieures à 20°C, cela pouvait être un peu dérangeant la nuit, nous obligeant à dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Nous n’avons pas remarqué de système de climatisation.
