Pros:

The staff at the reception desk were incredibly kind during check-in. I was deeply impressed by their friendliness in personally finding an empty parking spot and guiding me to it. It was also great to be able to use the hotel spa for free. Above all, being able to see Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi up close right in front of the room is the best gift.

Cons:

The only downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room. Not being able to enjoy a cold soju after a spa treatment feels like finishing a delicious meal without having dessert. Also, perhaps because they gave us a connecting room, the noise from the next room is audible and needs improvement.

Beautiful, memorable & exceptional in every way.
Pros:

Its location was a few mins from town on foot, the view from the balcony was out of this world (thank you!), every member of staff we encountered were friendly, warm and professional. The room was super comfortable and lovely in every way. There was nothing I could be critical about. Credit to the owners and team 👍

Pros:

Personnel à l’accueil était exceptionnel (Jorge et Sullivan). Ils ont pris le temps de nous renseigner et nous donner de très bons conseils.

Estancia inmejorable
Pros:

Todo. Personal amable y atento, habitaciones cómodas y muy bien equipadas.
Las habitaciones con vistas al Mont Blanc, espectaculares. La ubicación del hotel es un 10, a 30 segundos de la calle principal y al mismo tiempo lo suficientemente alejado del bullicio del centro.
El spa para recuperarse del dia de actividades un puntazo.
Las zonas comunes amplias y recogidas, perfecto para relajarse.
En definitiva se respira paz y montaña.
Lo recomiendo 100%

Wonderful setting for a special break
Pros:

The location was absolutely stunning. One of the best views in the entire town. We were delighted with it. The option to reserve a spa slot was really useful as it meant it was quiet and access to the all the facilities was available.
We stayed half board and both breakfast and evening meal options were varied, plentiful and delicious.
The ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. As were the young guys at the bar and restaurant! Thanks

Pros:

샤모니 중심가와 가까워서 에귀디미뒤케이블카, 베르방케이블카 탑승장까지 가기도 편했고 샤모니 시내 구경하기도 좋았어요. 방도 넓었고, 테라스에서 보는 몽블랑 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요! 조식도 맛있었어요. 호텔시설 너무 깔끔했고 층마다 정수기있는게 엄청 좋았어요, 직원분들도 친절했습니다.

Close to the center of Chamonix, it was easy to get to the boarding area of the Eguidimie and Verbang cable car, and it was great to see downtown Chamonix. The room was spacious, and the Mont Blanc view from the terrace was so pretty! The breakfast was delicious. The hotel facilities were so neat and the water purifier was on every floor was great. The staff was nice.

Fantastic views, friendly staff, relaxing spa, and dog friendly! A wonderful place!
Pros:

We loved our time here! The location was perfect, beautiful views of the mountains, clean and tranquil spa, and dog friendly for our anxious fur baby. There was even a lovely surprise for my birthday when we checked into the room. Jorge was super helpful with hiking recommendations, and overall a joy to talk with and hearing his own stories of hiking in the area! Overall a really wonderful experience!

Wonderful.
