Modern, bright and comfy with amazing Alpine views. Well worth its four stars
Pros:

The mountain view from the room and large balcony is incredible. The lobby/bar/communal area is a great place to sit and relax, with lots of games and books. The breakfast was excellent, offering pretty much anything you could think of. Comfortable rooms

Cons:

Guests going for the spa should be aware that young children are allowed, negating any relaxing spa-like ambience as they scream and splash about. The wi-fi was a bit patchy in our room

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht gut geputzt…alte Rasierklinge/Taschentuch im Badezimmer. Haare noch vereinzelt am Boden. Asche auf dem Balkon.
Uns wurde dann nochmals eine komplette Reinigung angeordnet, aber dies sollte der Standard sein täglich. Der Spa ist auch nicht das was man von einem Spa erwartet.

Very low-standard hotel. It does not feel like a 4-star hotel and it is absolutely not worth the very high price.

We booked a family room, and it was extremely disappointing: cramped, poorly maintained, old, and unpleasant. The toilet room had no ventilation and no sink, the door handle was broken, and there was a sewage smell. The entire layout was impractical and very small, and the room looked nothing like it does in the photos. One of the showers did not even have a
door.
Poor spa
We were on a long trip and stayed in many hotels along the way, and this was by far both the most expensive and the worst. It was even more expensive than the hotels we stayed at in Zermatt, Colmar, and Lausanne.

This was the first time we felt that the rating on Booking.com was not a reliable reflection of the hotel, and unfortunately, it led to a disappointing experience.

Posizione centralissima per Chamonix, con un centro benessere e piscina.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima per Chamonix, ampia stanza ben arredata, con bagno grandissimo. Balcone con vista sull'Aiguille du Midi. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Piscina e centro SPA non grandissimi, ma completi e molto piacevoli.

ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת,
