Spa area is not fantastic. It is not walking distance to lift since it is a steep hill. Bit the bus stop is quite close

A única coisa que não gostei e foi a primeira vez que me aconteceu, foi pedirem 30€ para entrarmos mais cedo ( antes das 15h e com o quarto já pronto) no Check-in

スーツケースやスキーを担いで行くスキーバス停には近く、飲食・ショッピング街へは適当な距離で、とても便利だった。
飲料水の給水機が廊下にあり、かなり使わせていただきました。
ジャグジーやプールが使えると期待して行ったが、SPAトリートメント利用者しか使えなかった。部屋にバスタブはあるが、たっぷりしたお湯につかりたかったので残念だった。
الموقع فقط مميز
تجربة سيئة من جميع النواحي ولا أوصي به خصوصا للعوائل باختصار المكان ماكان نظيف أول مادخلت خصوصا دورة المياة ، الحمام مافيه شور الا في البانيو والبانيو الدش مايشتغل فيه يعني لازم تدنق راسك تحت صنبور الماء عشان تتروش والله العظيم هذا اللي صار هههههههه ومنطقة الشور (البانيو) مفتوحه على الغرفه يعني باختصار اذا نويت تتروش لازم تتلف اعصابك ، الغرفه صغيره وتضيق الخلق مع اني ماخذ غرفة كبيره وسعره عالي بس للاسف سيئه ، وتعامل الستاف سيء خصوصا برونوي واللي كانت معه بالشفت وعشان اكون صريح مو كلهم سيئين كان فيه ثنين تعاملهم راقي ، مافيه ماء شرب بالغرفه سكنت بالدور الثامن وعشان اشرب ماء لازم انزل للدور السابع اعبي ماء من البراده واصعد ! ، فطور الفندق جيد ، تعبت زوجتي بالفندق وقت التشيك اوت وكنا بالدور الثامن مافيه مصعد كلمتهم قلت احتاج احد يساعدني بتنزيل الشنط من الدرج ورفضت البنت اللي بالاستقبال ، عمال التنظيف بعد مادخلوا الغرفه ماكلفوا انفسهم يشيكون على المناديل اللي خلصت ويجددون اكياس الزبايل بس اللي قدروا يسونه يرتبون السرير وبعض الاشياء اللي بطريقهم للسرير واصلا ماني متوقع منهم نظافه لاني يوم ادخل المكان ماهو نظيف ، الفندق يستحق اعادة تقييم ويستاهل نجمتين الى ثلاث نجوم كحد أقصى ، ولاحظوا مع العلم اني اول مادخلت الغرفه قلت لهم الكلام هذا وقلت أبغى أسوي أب قريد لغرفتي ورفضت الموظفه وقالت انه انا في ازين غرفة بالفندق . واتوقع الشيء الوحيد اللي مخلي الناس تجي لهم موقعهم بجنب السنتر .. الله يعين اللي يبي يعيش نفس تجربتي ويعوضه خير .

It was our 5th stay in this hotel. We love it a lot! Great location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast!
The spa is quite small, though we recall that during our first stay there was no Spa at all, so overall it`s a bonus!
Location was great. Very convenient for skiing and to reach town. Easily accessible from the train station. Breakfast was lovely. Ski locker with heated boot driers within the locker to dry your ski boots, a big plus.
Room size was very large for European standards. Esthetically the rooms looked nice. The spa was a great addition, it was small but enjoyable. You do need to make spa reservations in advance as they only allow a limited number of guests each hour into the spa due to the small space. It was easy to make reservations, I just emailed the hotel in advance. Unfortunately, we were unable to eat dinner at the hotel as I did not make dinner reservations in advance, the hotel was full the week we stayed. If you would like to eat at the hotel I would also encourage you to make reservations in advance.
The room needed more hanging space to dry ski clothes or hiking clothing in the summer. A few hooks on the wall would be greatly appreciated. I used all of my closet hanging space to dry ski clothes. The hotel was very responsive when I requested more hangers for the closet however there was just not enough space for clothing. I was unable to unpack from my suitcase as there were no drawers and only a few small cubbies, which were needed for ski helmets. Staying at the hotel for 6 days, living out of my suitcase was less then ideal. They could easily add drawers underneath a built in bench area for clothing.
The bathroom was also cold and only had two hooks. They could significantly improve the space with a heated towel bar, which would allow the towels to dry while hanging the robes on the two hooks in the bathroom. A heated towel bar would also improve the temperature of the bathroom and allow guests to hand wash small items and dry them on the heated towel bar.
The wifi was great during the day, when all the guests were out skiing. I skipped one day of skiing to just relax. However at night the wifi was very slow and at time was so slow that I could not load pages or complete a task.
