Well situated centre of Paris

Cons:

You need to climb your suitcases up to the first floor in a difficult stairs case to the reception.
Mostly broke my suitcase as it was difficult to turn round these old staircases so high up!

Great location, decent rooms. A few compromises but overall a perfectly ok and trouble free stay.
Pros:

Great location, next to metro, 5 mins to the Seine. 2 stops to Gare du Nord. Lots of great restaurants and Luxembourg Gardens nearby.

Cons:

No lift at ground floor so if you have a large suitcase you’ll need to carry it up 1 flight.

The biggest gripe was no overhead shower only a hand held shower that meant the room got soaked and difficult to wash and hold the shower head.

Pros:

La habitación tenía balcón y era muy luminosa. Todo funcionaba bien. Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación y el baño son muy pequeños. El hotel está en un primer piso por escalera lo que hace incómodo el acceso y la salida con valijas. Nadie ayuda con las valijas, las tiene que cargar el huésped. Los espacios comunes son muy estrechos.

Decent well located hotel with minor foibles
Pros:

Well located, decent rooms, reasonably priced.

Cons:

The lift starts at the first floor so if you have luggage it’s an effort to get it up the spiral staircase from the street entrance.

Luggage storage is provided but it’s entirely on an honour system with no tickets or receipts and no security. It’s probably fine but I’ve seen it better implemented elsewhere.
