Pros:

L'emplacement est pas trop mal

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel avec mon mari, et malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante.
L’insonorisation est tout simplement catastrophique. Dès 6h du matin, nous étions réveillés par les bruits de pas des personnes à l’étage au-dessus, comme s’ils marchaient dans notre chambre. Nous entendions également très clairement les conversations des chambres voisines, ce qui rend le repos impossible. Si vous recherchez du calme et du repos dans votre chambre, passez clairement votre chemin.
Lorsque nous avons contacté la réception pour signaler le problème et trouver une solution, on nous a répondu qu’il s’agissait de travaux à proximité… un dimanche matin. Explication peu crédible, d’autant plus que nous reconnaissons parfaitement le bruit de pas venant du dessus. Après vérification auprès des alentours, aucun travaux n’était en cours. Nous avons été particulièrement déçus par ce manque d’honnêteté et l’absence totale de volonté de trouver une solution. Le réceptionniste a préféré se dédouaner plutôt que de nous aider.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, la salle est clairement sous-dimensionnée par rapport à la capacité de l’hôtel. À plusieurs reprises, on a tenté de nous installer à une table avec des inconnus. Même si nous ne sommes pas fermés aux échanges, nous étions en week-end en amoureux et souhaitions simplement profiter d’un moment à deux, ce qui est tout à fait légitime. Nous n’étions d’ailleurs pas les seuls clients mécontents de cette organisation.
La propreté générale laisse également à désirer, ce qui vient accentuer notre déception.
Enfin, au moment du départ, aucune excuse ne nous a été présentée malgré les problèmes rencontrés.
Après discussion avec des riverains, il semble que cet hôtel ait déjà une réputation peu favorable… et nous comprenons désormais pourquoi.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

We’re definitely coming back next year for her 27th birthday!

I loved everything! My best friend and I came here this year for her 26th birthday, we came for her 25th birthday last year too. I could not fault anything about this hotel. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They even remembered my best friends birthday! The room and bathroom were absolutely stunning. The room had a lovely view of Paris. The complimentary afternoon tea/coffee and cake were great. We didn’t avail of the breakfast as we had plans very early in the morning but if everything else is anything to go by I can only imagine it was wonderful!

Excellent location, fab breakfast.
Pros:

It was a great location. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The organic food, recycling, care for the environment were to be commended.

Cons:

The room was quite small but very well organised. We had to pay city taxes despite booking.com saying our price was inclusive of taxes. Not sure who to blame for that!!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location - highly recommend
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a great location and easy to find by taking bus 63 from the Gare de Lyon. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and all the staff were very polite. We stayed in room 706 (classic double) on the 7th floor from 5-9 March (there is a lift). The room was a good size for our needs and very quiet to sleep at night. It even had a view of the Eiffel Tower to the left over the rooftops if you leaned out of the window. There were complimentary drinks in the mini bar (coca cola, orange juice, water) and some biscuits and sweet nuts. There were lots of different channels on the TV so you don’t need to rely on your streaming channels if the weather is not good for sightseeing. Housekeeping kept the room/bathroom spotless. Every afternoon complimentary hot drinks and cake and newspapers are provided in the reception area. The buffet breakfast had a very good choice: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, delicious bakery bread, cheeses, various pastries, fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurts, salad and smoked salmon and fresh orange juice. The metro and lots of buses are just a few steps away. The whole area around the hotel feels very safe day and night to walk around with lots of shops, cafés, restaurants all within walking distance.

Cons:

Only a suggestion to have a grab rail in the bath which is very deep and to add a non-slip mat as the bath gets slippy once wet. Also, the half-glass door is not very efficient and water ends up all over the floor.
