As frequent travelers, we learned early on that hotel location and quality are the most critical component to a great vacation. Hotel vibe, cool neighborhood, distance to amenities and public transportation, comfort and authenticity are the key attributes we look for in a hotel. This boutique hotel on a quiet street a few blocks from the Metro and the Luxembourg Gardens checks all the boxes. The location of this hotel really made us feel embedded in the neighborhood.
If you need a big room, a pool, a bank of elevators, and want to travel on Marriott Rewards points, this is not your hotel. If you love the feel of an old school metal key that you check in and out at the desk, if you don't mind climbing a vintage curved staircase, and if you love large windows that open wide, this is your hotel.
Expect typically small but clean and renovated vintage Paris hotel rooms. Expect a great staff, and expect the owners to be readily available on-site. Expect good water pressure and hot water. Expect comfortable bedding. Expect plenty of electrical outlets and USB charging ports. Expect an intimate experience.
Pro tip: When planning your itinerary, leave time to stroll the neighborhood and experience some of the dozens of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The receptionists were very helpful, suggesting good restaurants and even shops to buy what we needed.
Nothing.

This our second visit to this little gem. Located perfectly between Luxembourg Gardens, the Sorbonne, and Notre Dame, access is easy walking distance to eat, drink, and explore. A nicely restored very old building with vintage colors and furniture, enjoy what it was like to live in old Paris. Great wine bar and food 50 feet to the right on the corner. Loved the breakfast room - good options for a simple breakfast but wish the menu varied from day to day.
This is a fabulous hotel! It is in a great location within walking distance of many places throughout Paris. The street has many excellent restuarants and is quiet, yet brimming with people and so alive! on holidays and weekends. This hotel is a beautiful blend of old and new. Our room (Ground floor with a courtyard view) was spacious, clean and well decorated. The bed was so comfortable and we loved the Occitane bath products which were provided. The difference maker for us was the remarkable front desk staff (Valerie, Stephanie and Anna) who were available from check in to check out. Always a welcoming smile and greeting, recommendations for dinner, places to see and even ice (For that day I overdid the walking). The breakfast is very good.
We highly recommend this hotel.
Merci beaucoup!
We were due to stay one night this month at Hotel Saint-Paul on our way back to the UK. We'd chosen the hotel because of its excellent reviews and we were really looking forward to enjoying its apparent boutique style. Sadly, on our arrival, we were told that the previous occupant of our room was ill, so we could not use it. Rather than offer us another room in the hotel, a new new hotel room had been booked for us around the corner. Whilst this didn't incur us any extra cost, the new hotel was not a boutique hotel which was a pity.
Очень хорошее расположение недалеко от Сите, Люксембургского сада, Пантеона,тихий номер, не слышно шума с улицы. Красиво оформленный номер, удобная кровать, чистое белье. Есть чайник, чай, кофе.

Posizione e gentilezza dello staff
Camera molto piccola e bagno minimo il tutto non qualificabile come 4 stelle
We like the location and the property is very clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Nothing to complain about.
Great staff!
Parking issue! Either the hotel or the algorithm sold me a car park access on site. One of the two was wrong! It pissed me off!
