Decent hotel, breakfast staff atrocious

The location is excellent, close to main points of visit, shops. Just by the station

Cons:

The breakfast staff were so unpleasant. So rude and un polite. We were welcomed with the biggest disgust on her face. She was clearly disappointed she probably had to clean after us as well. She was not filling in the buffet, she was just hidden in a back room playing on her phone. Atrocious human. We ended up not eating and left ASAP

J’ai logé à l’hôtel en famille (avec mes deux filles âgées de 1 et 4 ans, ma femme et ma belle-mère).
J’avais réservé deux chambres.

Le dernier jour, j’ai voulu profiter de ma dernière matinée à Paris en allant manger à la boulangerie du coin et en faisant quelques emplettes.
Le check-out étant à 11h, je suis retourné à l’hôtel vers 10h40-10h45 pour récupérer les valises.
Jusque-là, pas de problème.

J’ouvre les portes à l’aide de mes deux cartes.
Je commence à sortir les valises d’une chambre, puis de l’autre.
Ayant quatre valises dans la chambre, je n’ai pas pu toutes les sortir d’un coup.

Au moment de sortir les premières valises, la porte s’est refermée et ma fille de 4 ans est restée bloquée à l’intérieur.
Il était 10h50. J’ai essayé de rouvrir la porte à l’aide de toutes les cartes qui m’avaient été fournies, mais aucune ne fonctionnait.
Ma fille me demandait de lui ouvrir la porte, elle commençait à paniquer.

Heureusement, elle a maintenant 4 ans et j’ai réussi à la raisonner pour qu’elle m’ouvre elle-même.
Mais si elle avait eu un an de moins, elle aurait sans doute pris peur et je n’aurais pas pu la raisonner.
Je parle bien entendu au conditionnel, d’une chose qui aurait pu arriver.

Mais dans le cas où un enfant de 3 ans se retrouve bloqué tout seul dans une chambre, sans ses parents, avec la conscience de la situation et la peur que cela engendre… un accident peut très vite arriver.

De mon côté, j’étais au 5e étage, donc le temps de descendre à l’accueil pour faire réactiver ma carte et remonter, cela prend au moins 4 à 5 minutes.
Je dois avouer que j’ai trouvé ce problème assez inquiétant.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful starting from the reception all the way to the cleaning of the room and the location of rhe hotel is also amazing with the metro station being just outside the hotel, we would love to stay here again when we visit paris.

Un grand manque de professionnalisme je ne le recommande pas

Emplacement bien petit déjeuner correct

Dès notre arrivée le vendredi soir on ne nous a pas prévenu qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude très mauvaise surprise le lendemain matin eau froide en plein hiver on ne nous a pas proposé de contacter les hôtels alentours pour nous trouver un autre logement malgré notre demande aucune réponse la direction étant paraît il injoignable le week-end
Ils ont Pas de service d entretien 24h/24 donc tout le week-end à l eau froide on nous à fait la gratuité des petits déjeuners et il a fallu batailler pour avoir une remise sur le séjour
