Emplacement à coté de la gare
Les appliques qui ne tenaient pas et la ventilation que l’on ne pouvait pas régler
hôtel vétuste, matelas pas confortable, prise électrique défectueuse, porte extérieure de l'établissement dégradée. Absolument pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles

On entend tout des chambres les voisins et le couloir, je ne trouve pas que c’est un hôtel 3 étoiles notamment un rideau de douche et un ventilo pas digne d’un 3 étoiles

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s in a great area and is convenient for getting around the city.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay.
When we arrived, the lift wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage up a steep flight of stairs.
The room was also not as advertised. It was completely different from the photos online, both in appearance and layout, which was very disappointing.
There was no air conditioning, despite this being a three-star hotel. We were simply given a fan, which wasn’t adequate, especially during warm weather.
The staff experience was mixed. The gentleman with the beard and the member of staff who checked us out were both friendly, polite and helpful. However, one of the female cleaners was extremely rude. We were wrongly accused of smoking in our room simply because she claimed she could smell smoke after entering the room. We explained that we had not smoked in the room, but later another member of staff knocked on our door saying the fire alarm had gone off and suggested it must have been us smoking. This was particularly frustrating because there wasn’t even a smoke detector visible in our room. We felt unfairly targeted, and it made our stay very uncomfortable.

La grande sympathie du Monsieur à l'accueil.
Prix excessif pour une petite chambre donnant à l'arrière avec des vis-à-vis.
Petit déjeuner hors de prix, donc nous sommes allés déjeuner dans une brasserie.
