Pros:

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Near many turist attractions. Staff was very kind and always available.. Very good breakfast.. Elevator available. I recommend this hotel to everyone..

Muy buena pero hay cosas que deben mejorar para ser 4 estrellas
Pros:

La habitación es muy buena y se duerme muy bien en.la cama. El baño está muy bien, también.

Cons:

El desayuno debe mejorar. Mu pocas alternativas y una mañana se termino el aceite de oliva y no tenían ninguna botella para reponer. No lo entiendo en un hotel de 4 estrellas y en la zona que está. No hablan español o por lo menos los recepcionistas que nos tocaron a nosotros.

Улучшить персонал , пересмотреть комплимент как вода .
Pros:

Кровать и подушки были удобные , вид из окна на старинные квартиры , открывается окно , есть чайник , место до всех достопримечательностей хорошо , нужно идти минут 30 примерно .
Водичку дают один раз при заселении и остальные дни нужно покупать .

Cons:

Я выбрала отель для празднования своего дня рождения , никаких апгрейдить номер либо поздравления , круассан бонус не было , в отличии от других отелей это всегда было шикарно . Завтрак отдельно платно , очень скудный выбор . В ванной комнате постоянно после принятия душа проливается на пол вода и образуется лужа . Очень маленькая раковина и места почти нет для косметики.
Уборка один день хорошо последние 3 дня , то мусор оставили , не все полотенца принесли и заменили , постельное не меняли .
Сам номер уже староват , плинтус отпал .
На ресепшене менялись работники и только 2 были адекватные и приятно общались, с остальными это были очень трудные отношения что то узнать (.
Так же сняли с карты за одну ночь как гарантия , все остальное оплатила наличкой, обещали вернуть на карту , жду ..
