Es war ein Vergnügen, dort zu übernachten.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur gut zehn Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Gare de l’Est in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, mit Lokalen direkt daneben. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, das ZImmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kein Luxus, aber Stil. Und nicht zu teuer.

Cons:

Es kann immer alles besser sein. Aber angesichts des für Pariser Verhältnisse günstigen Preises gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Auch die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist schön, es gibt viele "normale" Lokale, für Klein und Groß.

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses, hôtel avec un ascenseur, la personne de l'accueil de bon conseil, les oreillers en plus dans la chambre, un placard, un espace détente dans l'entrée,quartier calme, un petit déjeuner bien garni et le personnel aux petits soins

Cons:

Il manque la climatisation dans les chambres en cas de forte chaleur (nous étions en période de fin de canicule), il manque un d'isolation dans les chambres et salle de bain

Pros:

Lage war top, Metro in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Hotelzimmer von der Lage sehr gut, weil die Fenster zum Innenhof gingen-ruhiger und kühler. Klimaanlage gab es keine am Zimmer-Fenster konnten geöffnet werden.
Frühstücksprodukte an sich waren gut.

Cons:

Was jetzt nicht so toll war, war der Teppichboden und ein Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung (auch die von der Rezeption ging nicht).
Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr überschaubar

"Hotel du Charme"...nee denkste, das war vielleicht mal, und schon gar nicht im Sommer/Klimawandel!
Pros:

Uns fällt grad nix ein... Lage, Zimmergröße an sich, 2 Betten

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage! Keine Schallschutzfenster! Unerträglich heiß im Zimmer, über 30 Grad.
Von außen keinerlei Sonnenschutz...Rollladen, Markise o.Ä.
Fenster auf nachts geht nicht, extremer Lärm durch Gäste mehrerer Bars direkt unterhalb des Hotels und 2 Personentreppen direkt vorm Hotel, wo nachts jugendliche Schwatzgruppen sitzen bis um 3 oder 4...
Frühstück schlecht, keine Eierspeisen, ganz dünner Kaffee, keine Ventilatoren, man schwitzt schon gleich morgens um 8 beim Sitzen...Insgesamt viel zu wenig in Gästekomfort investiert in den letzten Jahrzehnten!

Excellent location. Very close to the metro station - just 5 minutes walk. The hotel has air-con, which helps me survive the heat wave in Paris. Had a pleasant stay there. If I had to complain anything, that would be the wifi speed, but that's not so important to me.

Je recommande l'hôtel mais samedi soir à éviter si on veut dormir.
Pros:

L'emplacement géographique. Très bien situé avec commerces et métro à proximité. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Petit-déjeuner parfait.

Cons:

Les deux bars situés juste en bas au coin de la rue : du bruit jusque tard avec les clients discutant dans la rue un verre à la main. Difficile de s'endormir.
