Near Eurostar, lively area, friendly staff.

Cons:

I was in the room downstairs in the courtyard and my 'neighbours' had a bench outside. Noise travels and sometimes people are unaware of how loud they are. A notice should be put up to be quiet after 11pm. It is not fair on other hotel guests.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny—nothing like what the photos showed. The balcony was filthy; we deliberately left a piece of paper that was already there out in plain sight, and they didn't pick it up We stayed there for 7 days. The breakfast was continental but meager.
