Do not stay at this hotel. We paid €732.50 for a 4-star experience, but it is an unsafe, unhygienic, and loud property that do not respect basic hospitality or consumer
1. Severe fire and safety hazards: The hotel provided us with three defective kettles in a row. The first did not work, and the second was filthy. The final replacement kettle had no filter on the spout and failed to shut off automatically at a rolling boil. It ran continuously, creating an immediate fire, steam, and explosion hazard in our room.
2. Complete lack of hygiene and housekeeping:
On our arrival, our room was left with dirty, unwashed bedding sheets. Worse, housekeeping completely neglected our room and didn’t change our dirty sheets for our entire 5-day stay. They also refused to restock basic amenities. I had to go to the front desk in the morning to ask for toilet paper, and the receptionist interrogated me about how many nights we had left before reluctantly handing over two rolls.
1. False Advertising regarding room view: Our Booking.com reservation explicitly guaranteed a room configuration with a view of the Moulin Rouge or a courtyard. Instead, our window looked directly out at a blank, dirty concrete wall just inches away.
2. Serious health and allergen neglect: My wife has a strict medical gluten intolerance. The kitchen staff openly refused to check or verify if the breakfast sausages were gluten-free, showing a dangerous lack of training. Additionally, the hotel only provided one single, shared communal toaster for all guests. Forcing someone with a strict allergy to toast their gluten-free bread in a machine coated in standard wheat crumbs completely defeats the purpose and is a major medical cross-contamination risk. To top it off, the scrambled eggs were served stone-cold, and we had to wait nearly an hour for breakfast.
5. Shocking noise and zero privacy:
The walls are paper-thin. You can hear your neighbors talking clearly, making sleep impossible.

Not the hotels fault, but loud neighbours slamming rooms doors at all hours of the day and night

Wrong marketing, wrong room given originally. When booking, Photos that are attached to the room description don’t match the rooms that are given, or promoted, very misleading

Restaurant/bar not very appealing

Forse i prezzi sono un po’ alti, ma data la posizione e in confronto alle altre strutture… non ci si può lamentare!

La habitación no era igual que en la foto. Nos tocó una habitación de la planta baja con un patio interior que estaba sucio e inundado por lo que no se podía salir, además de que a través de esa ventana nos veía todo el mundo que entraba al hotel, pues era un patio interior que da directamente a la recepción. La habitación era muy pequeña y estaba bastante sucia y vieja. El suelo de parquet llevaba sin limpiarse años, con manchas de bebidas y de café por todos lados y mucho polvo y suciedad. Había una lámpara de mesa tirada en el suelo que ocupaba espacio y el teléfono estaba desconectado. En cuanto al baño era terrible, todo muy viejo y súper sucio, las paredes de la bañera llenas de moho y la mampara tan pequeña que cuando te duchabas se salía todo el agua por lo que se empapaba todo el suelo. Las toallas estaban sucias e incluso tuvimos que ir a quejarnos para que nos dieran otras. No volvería a reservar en este hotel, una decepción porque los comentarios eran buenos.
