excellent location 24/7 reception very friendly staff

Call me I had to leave without staying a bad 2 star if at all unclear how it could get a 3 star rating dirty bedspread, miniature outdated bathroom, not even a reception desk, one guy behind a wobbly little table I tried to contact hotels.com but confusing website round around Went to another hotel I want my money back!!

This hotel is cute and really makes you feel that you’re staying in Paris; it is not just another cookie cutter modern hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. If we return to Paris, we would definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel est très bien située, le personnel est très aidant. Nous sommes arrivés avant le check-in de 15h, nous avons pu déposer nos baggages et partir à l'aventure, à notre arrivée, la personne avait déjà déposé nos baggages dans la chambre. La chambre est très bien, propre et assez grande pour une chambre de Paris. Je réserve à cet endroit à la prochaine visite à Paris.

Offriva acqua snack e caffè gratuiti, pisizione ottima per girare, a 2 passi dall'opera e dai magazzini lafayette. unica cosa il condizionatore era troppo pieno di polvere, consiglio una bella pulizia dei filtri

Lovely hotel and staff was very accommodating . I loved the hotel roof terrace. And it's so close to the Galleries Laffayette and I walked to Montmartre and Louvre in 20 min.

La localisation, l'accueil, la chambre, le ménage, l'insonorisation. Bref ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas été aussi satisfaite !

I stayed in a single room for two nights. The staff were friendly. The room had everything you need: a semi-double bed, separate toilet and shower room, refrigerator, air conditioning, a safe, a kettle, etc. It's a 10-minute walk from the Opera House and in a quiet location. I highly recommend it.

Great experience! Hotel is very well located, clean and great for a short stay. Rooms are small as expected for Paris but still a decent size and good bathroom.

Hotel très bien situé, chambre propre et au calme avec une très bonne literie. Seul petit bémol s’il fallait en trouver un : 2 des prises de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas. Très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Paris, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter

The gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally kind and hospitable.

Bel hôtel avec climatisation près du boulevard de l’opéra. Quartier sécuritaire avec plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Chambre parfaite avec salle de bain.
Option de déjeuner sur place si désiré.
Je retournerais à cet hôtel sans hésiter.
