Easy check in, friendly staff cozy rooms
Pros:

It was a small hotel, so it feels a little more cozy. The staff is very friendly. It is walking distance to the metro and there is a great place to eat across the street.

Cons:

It was a little difficult to find. I didn’t see any signage so I thought I was at the wrong place.

prijs kwaliteit is het een goede kamer. Ontbijt was niet uitgebreid/weinig keus. Er was ook een verschil (aanbod/bijvullen) wie er in de ochtend was.

Kleines Hotel in günstiger Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage (zu Fuß vom Gare de l'Est zu erreichen; mehrere Metro-Stationen in der Nähe, z. B. bis Republique weniger als 10 Minuten; Wer gern zu Fuß geht, kann in einer halben Stunde den Louvre erreichen.). Für ein Haus in dieser Lage ist es relativ ruhig. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht probiert, aber auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein gutes Café (Holybelly). Die Zimmer sind klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Service-Mitarbeiter haben sich während meines Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und kooperativ verhalten.

Cons:

Die Reaktion auf ein Missgeschick, das dem Reinigungspersonal unterlief, hätte schneller erfolgen können. Ein mitgebrachtes Gerät war offenbar bei der Zimmerreinigung heruntergefallen und beschädigt worden. Der Manager, der eine Entscheidung bzgl. Ersatz hätte fällen können, war am Wochenende nicht erreichbar. Letztendlich wurde das Problem aber zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst und ein Ersatz beschafft.
