Pros:

The location is very good for Eurostar. Only ten minutes walk. The rooms are small but very comfy and good sized bathroom. The TV had Netflix.

Cons:

The size of the room.. If you have a large suitcase you will need to put it in the bed to open it. The lift is very small so only one person with a suitcase can go at a time

Good location, but very noisy at night
Pros:

Very close to the station, renovated and comfortable bathroom, good a/c

Cons:

Very noisy: the window of our room was broken and didn't shut properly, and we could hear a lot of noise from the street below, despite being on the 5th floor. They also should invest in double glazing windows.

Great location and facilities!
Pros:

I had a perfect stay in Paris at the Midnight Hotel! The Hotel is close to Gare du Nord, which is very convenient if you arrive from CDG Airport. The wifi worked great, the staff was always available, kind, and helpful.

Sauber, super Lage, funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Der Check-in hat sehr lange gedauert, der Nachtportier schien etwas demotiviert/genervt. Das Treppenhaus mit halben Etagen und Übergängen über eine Dachterrasse ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und unpraktisch mit größeren Gepäckstücken.

Pros:

Super Lage. Die Klimaanlage lief bereits als wir ins Zimmer kamen, daher war es angenehm kühl. Sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Die Bauweise des Gebäudes ist etwas eigenartig, es gibt „halbe Etagen“ mit engen Zwischentreppen, das ist etwas unpraktisch mit größeren Gepäckstücken. Im Notfall stelle ich es mir schwierig vor, das Gebäude über das enge Treppenhaus zu evakuieren.

Angenehmes kleines Hotel in einem lebendigen Pariser Stadtviertel
Pros:

Kleines nettes Hotel. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Sauberes Bad mit Dusche inclusive Duschgel- und Shampoo-Spender. Täglich neue Handtücher. Zahlreiche Steckdosen um Mobiltelefone und Tablets zu laden. Klimaanlage. Großer Safe in ausreichend großem Schrank. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sogar glutenfreie Produkte im Angebot. Metro und RER-Flughafen-Zubringer in 5 Minuten erreichbar. In 30 Min sind Montmartre, Marais, Sentier und das rechte Seine-Ufer zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft könnte etwas durch den Verkehrslärm gestört werden. Ansonsten gibt es eigentlich nichts auszusetzen.
