Friendly and convenient
Pros:

24hour Check in was great.
Close to the main train stations.
Staff were accommodating, even though I spoke only english.
Also received a complimentary room upgrade.

A deux pas de stations de métro, c'est très pratique.
Accueil chaleureux de la réception. J'ai été surclassé, merci beaucoup ! La chambre était au calme. Bouteille d'eau, petit frigo : top. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Je reviendrais sans hésitation !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel situé tout près de la Gare de l’Est. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris facilement et accéder rapidement aux transports.

Le personnel a été extrêmement professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible, peu importe l’heure. Ils ont été très gentils et vraiment serviables pendant tout le séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable.

La chambre ainsi que les espaces communs étaient impeccablement propres et très bien entretenus. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise et en sécurité.

En plus de tout cela, les prix sont très raisonnables pour Paris, surtout compte tenu de la qualité du service et de l’emplacement. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage à Paris !

The only positive aspect of my stay was one of the lobby staff members, Billy, who was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations. The room, overall service from other staff, and the breakfast offering were all disappointing.

Cons:

What I did not like was the room, particularly the limited space. Additionally, upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with the room and bed, as they did not meet the requirements I had specifically requested.

Additionally, the staff at the time of my arrival were not helpful, which made the check-in experience less welcoming.

Friendly, clean and good value for money.
Pros:

Good value for the money. Lovely little hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location near Gare Nord or Gare de L'est to reach both gares without taxis. I had a really lovely room in the attic with exposed beams and a very comfortable, large bed. Perfect for my stay before leaving in the morning from Gare de L'Est without any hurries.

Great value and location!
Pros:

Location was great and staff were lovely. The room was a decent size and had plenty of space for clothes. Shower was fantastic

Cons:

The towels weren’t the best and kinda small. There also wasn’t any milk in the room for the coffee facilities but that’s being nit picky.

Pros:

Das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Es war sehr sauber. Ein kleines Haus mit ganz besonderem Flair und sehr liebevoll restauriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Nächte sind nicht ganz geräuschlos, aber die zentrale Lage am Ostbahnhof ist einfach perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
