Great room
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean

Cons:

Our suite was at the top floor and the lift stops one floor down. Then you have to carry your luggage on a tight staircase. Also, the lift fits only 2 people at a time and you need a card to activate it. If a family is only given 1 key card, you need the receptionist to scan you in to go up to your room

Nettes kleines Hotel im zentraler Lage, was ich wieder buchen würde.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal
Beim Frühstück ist alles da, was man so braucht

Cons:

Es fehlen ein paar Haken zum Jacken aufhängen oder im Bad für die Handtücher

Satisfactory stay in a good location to the station
Pros:

Location, coffee machine, most staff were friendly

Cons:

Very small lift, poor signage for the stairs, smelt stagnate smell. Stairs not accessible to foyer unless used card where there was no signage, train noise overnight. Lighting poor and no bedside lights or power access on each side of bed. Also television site not good above someone’s bed,
Checking in very slow and dirty plate at desk not a great first impression had to ask for Wi-Fi password had to ask go a third cup even though booked for three people

Gutes Hotel nah am Gare de l“Est

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an Gare de l“Est. Dafür finde ich es optimal.
In unserem ersten Zimmer gab es ein kleines Problem. Das Personal war total zuvorkommend und hat uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.
Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Toner zur Straße hinaus. Das war nachts etwas lauter. Und hat es nicht so sehr gestört, sollte man aber ggf. bedenken.

L'hôtel a beaucoup de qualités.

Cons:

Mais la qualité très insuffisante de l'isolation phonique de la fenêtre donnant sur une rue très bruyante gâche tout le reste puisqu'on dort très mal.

Lovely sleepover at the train stations.
Pros:

Very close to the gare de l’est. Restaurants and nightlife in walking distance. Super friendly staff, breakfast is good. The house is small and has character just like the rooms.

Top Lage und klimatisierte Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, sehr nah am Bahnhof und zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. Zimmer klein und fein, modern eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage! Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Abwasserleitungen scheinen sehr alt zu sein, es hat morgens leider sehr übel gerochen im Badezimmer. Der Geruch ging dann nach dem ersten Mal Wasser laufen lassen, weg. Es fehlten Haken im Badezimmer, um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Cons:

La stanza non era quella delle foto su booking. Ci hanno stipati in una mansarda asfissiante con finestra bloccata lato strada e scale strettissime di legno: una trappola in caso di incendio. Fatto presente allo staff ma ovviamente la stanza non è stata cambiata. Mai più
