La propreté était impeccable ! Je recommande pour ce point essentiel. Le petit-déjeuner amélioré. La discrétion du personnel.

Cons:

Le bruit... Dommage : fenêtre en RDC côté rue. Heureusement que la rue a été relativement calme.
Que s'est il passé à 03h du matin dans le couloir de l'hôtel avec un chariot ? Je n'ai pas rêvé. J'étais fatiguée et j'ai sombré à nouveau dans le sommeil. Mais attention à ceux qui l'ont léger !

Pros:

The location is absolutely great since we wanted to explore the 11th & 12th arrondissement this time. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our luggage safely and that is definitely a plus!
We got free water and coffee in the room.

Cons:

The room and especially the bathroom have seen better days. Despite everything being clean, we definitely felt like the place could use a bit of love (=renovation)

Ottima accoglienza, staff gentilissimo e posizione comoda. Camera migliorabile.
Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. L'attenzione al cliente è stata davvero eccezionale e ha reso il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, grazie alla vicinanza a diverse fermate della metropolitana servite da più linee, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse di Parigi.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che migliorerei riguarda il comfort della camera: non era presente l'aria condizionata e durante il soggiorno era disponibile soltanto un ventilatore. Inoltre, la camera avrebbe bisogno di una piccola rinfrescata; considerando le dimensioni contenute, una migliore organizzazione degli spazi la renderebbe più funzionale e confortevole.
