Séjour agréable au sein de l'hôtel.
Pros:

Chambre propre, agréable, climatisation appréciable.

Cons:

Aucune information sur notre demande de lits séparés. Chambre avec lit double attribuée. Aucune information avant d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre et de voir le lit double.

OK hotel but pictures do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel
Pros:

The hotel pictures do not accurately reflect the state of the hotel, the hotel looks more outdated in reality. Check-in is not straight forward, they ask you to scan a QR code and fill in your details including providing details of your identification. After a tiring journey, the last thing you want to be met with at reception is filling paperwork which the reception staff could complete on your behalf. In addition, to get to your room need to get to the first floor and there is no lift, only stairs. There was no one specifically assigned to help, the receptionist only came to help after seeing me struggle and when I checked out I had to carry the luggage down the stairs myself. There is a small lift to take to you other floors but it is so small can only fit a person at a time.

Pros:

A l'accueil ils ont fait plusieurs changements pour nous permettre d'avoir une chambre avec 2 lits séparés car je logeais avec une collègue ds la chambre 12 assez spatieuse
La chambre était très bien disposée, le WC séparé de la salle de bain qui est pratique et lumineuse Aucun bruit de la rue ni de l'hôtel alors que nous étions au 1 er étage au dessus d'un grand carrefour

Cons:

Des détails ; quand on est 2 on devrait pouvoir prendre le même thé or dans l'assortiment il n'y avait qu'un sachet de chaque sorte. Pas d'ascenseur pour le 1 er étage dans cette partie de l'hôtel Nous avons comparé avec un hôtel 1,5 km plus loin où 15 de nos collègues avaient séjourné, beaucoup plus cher ; chambres minuscules, déco épouvantable et plus loin du métro.

wonderful hotel, Orleans metro on the door step, many amenities within walking distance
Pros:

The room size was adequate for two single people sharing, modern, very clean, comfy beds. The Orleans metro was right on the door step and 10-15 minutes from most places of interest.
