Pros:

Номер чистенький,невеликий,але все доволі гарно. Дуже зручне ліжко. Сучасна та простора ванна кімната. Прибирали та змінювали рушники щодня. В цілому дуже задоволена готелем. Номер відповідає фото.

Не вистачало міні холодильника. Не так багато зайвого місця в кімнаті. але достатньо

Bien situé à 2 pas du métro et du tram
Les chambres sont confortables et rénovées depuis peu. La literie est confortable et le personnel sympathique

Cons:

La décoration est très kitsch et un peu cheap mais je l’avais vu sur les photos. Cela ne m’a pas empêché de bien dormir.

Nettes Hotel zum wohlfühlen, jedoch für uns mit den genannten Wermutstropfen.
Pros:

Kleines, hübsches Hotel mit schön eingerichteten Zimmern und nettem Wintergarten zum frühstücken. Es liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstraße, in der Nähe sind Geschäfte u. öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Auch nachts war die Rezeption besetzt.

Cons:

zu bemängeln: ein hochwertiger Seidenpyjama wurde vermutlich versehentlich mit der Bettwäsche eingesammelt und ist verloren gegangen. Trotz sofortiger Nachfrage beim Personal haben wir ihn nicht zurückbekommen. Zuerst hatten wir das Gefühl, dass wirklich nach dem guten Stück gesucht wird, jedoch erfolgte keine in Aussicht gestellte Reaktion von Seiten des Hotels mehr.
Bei einer telefonischen Rückfrage nach der Reise wurden wir rüde abgewimmelt - sehr schade.
Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß und wir haben die Klimaanlage im Zimmer auch in Abwesenheit moderat laufen lassen. Diese wurde jedoch an den ersten Tagen abgeschaltet und das Zimmer war extrem warm. Nach zweifacher Bitte, die Anlage laufen zu lassen hat dies dann auch geklappt.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Efficient service. Comfortable room.
Pros:

The roms were clean and tidy. LOVED the AC. Pleasant view.

Cons:

The breakfast room got hot, as the door to the outside opened frequently. Also, it would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.
